Overall, the experience has been positive. The platform provides a reliable and flexible solution that supports our learning strategy and has enabled us to increase engagement and visibility of learning across the organisation. While there have been some initial complexities and minor technical issues, these have been manageable and well supported. It continues to meet our needs and offers opportunities to further enhance how we deliver and track learning.

Pros

The platform is intuitive and easy to navigate, which supports strong adoption across the organisation. It provides a solid foundation to manage and promote learning in one place, and the reporting functionality gives us useful insight into engagement and completion. I also value the flexibility it offers, particularly in how we can structure content, create learning pathways, and align learning to organisational priorities. The support from the Learning Pool team has been consistent and helpful, which strengthens the overall experience.

Cons

The platform can feel complex initially, particularly when setting up more advanced features. We have also experienced a few technical issues, mainly with xAPI tracking. However, these were resolved quickly with support, so the impact has been limited.

Overall, my experience has been excellent with very few issues. Customer support is responsive and helpful, and the webinars and Academy trainings make it easy to stay up to date with new features and explore tools I haven’t tried yet.

Pros

Customer support has been very helpful. When an issue wasn’t clear, they arranged quick video calls to resolve it. The webinars and Academy trainings are also great for staying up to date.

Cons

Originally, it wasn’t easy to use because there was a lot to learn. When we moved from Moodle to the Learning Pool LMS, it helped that the two systems were similar in some ways.

Pros

The platform has so much to offer and I'm still learning after years of working on the system. There is a vast catalogue of online learning and its easy to use. The information is presented clearly and precise making it user friendly for users of all abilities. There are many different report/data functions, which has made keeping on top of compliance a lot more efficient.

Cons

The system can run slow as the reports/data gets larger, we have noticed this across the organisation, despite different wi-fi connections/speeds.There is slight duplication on the system, which can be confusing for example there will be multiple options to complete a task.
