Pros

Providing a clear channel for my feedback to reach the company. Instead of scattering suggestions across emails, surveys, and social media, LoopedIn promises a dedicated space.

Cons

Sadly, LoopedIn's execution is a complete disaster. Despite paying for the service, I was denied access, and when I finally reached the founder, they demanded even more money for basic functionality. To add insult to injury, core features are non-functional, and the product's development lags far behind competitors. The interface is clunky and unintuitive, and the overall experience feels like a blatant bait-and-switch scam.

Weak sauce. They took a cash grab and left everyone hanging.

Pros

Seemed to have promise until they bailed out

Cons

They've flatly refused to honor prior commitments to lifetime deal early supporters, hanging them out to dry completely. This is unacceptable, regardless of lame excuses and sob stories.

Was very excited, and integrated it into one product, then into another with the hope that there would be fewer and fewer defects. But was wrong. Now I see more and more of them.

Pros

\- Ease of integrating the tool into the app- Relatively low price- Option to create several workspaces

Cons

The value that the product provides is huge and the price is relatively reasonable, but when I did the calculation of hours I spent trying to figure out why something is not displayed, or doesn't work or works weirdly, distracting the developers to find out on what's side issue is, then contacting LoopedIn support for help, I was shocked. In the end it compiles in so many hours spent in vain that I am looking for an alternative now.- Nearly every feature you use: roadmap, widgets, and boards have bugs.- If something works fine, it won't in a few days.- There is a chance that your customers will notice an issue and they will think that it's your product that is buggy, but it's actually on Loopedin side.- Managers from the support don't reply- The settings are scattered in different tabs, sometimes they are interrelated and when you change something in one place, it changes in another and you don't even know about it until noticing it on production

La fonctionnalité d' un indicateur de route est simple mais assez efficace.Cela m'aide à tenir mes utilisateurs informés de notre travail et de ce sur quoi nous travaillons .De plus, la zone des idées est le meilleur endroit pour solliciter les suggestions des utilisateurs et favoriser l' implication de la communauté dans le processus de vote pour les idées.

Cons

L' outil rempli parfaitement sa fonction.Par conséquent, je n'ai pas encore rencontré de difficultés.Cependant , si je devais suggérer un domaine d' amélioration , je dirais qu'un modèle unique d' objectif peut être établi .En fait, vous pouvez ajouter un objectif personnalisé , mais cela se répercutera sur tous les produits .

Still Have Not Fully RTL Supported But I Hope The Loopedin Team Will Allocate More Time To Continue Support the Full TRUE RTL Feature for All RTL Language Internationally.

All in all, the usage and deployment of Loopedin are simply great for me.

Pros

I love the UI of Loopedin: very clean, very logical arrangement and supporting for a great UX I also love that Loopedin is very rich in features: I can use Loopedin for management of ideas from customers, roadmap, notice and update announcement, collection of feedbacks from users. The display of all boards are minimal, yet modern and elegant.

Cons

I just want there would be more tutorials on how to best use Loopedin. It is easy to use but still I feel that I have not fully and best used it.

Pros

Using the iframe embed we are able to incorporate our product roadmap into our customer portal, allowing customers to comment and make suggestions - fully involving them in the development of our product.

Cons

No issues whatsoever with the software so well - it's been really beneficial.

It is a great platform to communicate the progress of your company or product. It is also an exceptional option for agencies that manage their clients' accounts. The white label option will allow you to customize your own domain and place your own brand.

Pros

This platform is well planned. The main thing I love about Loopedin is its beautiful and easy-to-understand interface. But the white label function is the strongest reason why I use this tool. Being able to configure my own domain and brand is a function that is worth GOLD. In the background, Loopedin is cross-platform. Aside from creating the roadmaps, I love the new feature of being able to create knowledge bases. Without a doubt, it is a function that adds great value. And also the function of collecting ideas from users.

Cons

There are two issues that I don't like about Loopedin, the first is to only allow users to vote with IP recognition and not with an account. The other is not having an application for the phone. This would be a great way to streamline processes.
