Over the course of multiple email exchanges and shared screenshots, \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] from Planyway's Customer Support was able to identify the issue and share the exact solution I needed to resolve the problem. She was friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. She's a credit to the team and turned what was initially a very frustrating experience into an illustration of exemplary customer support. Pros I use the Chrome Plugin for Planyway on Trello on a daily basis, across multiple projects. Between the task and project management and progress tracking, the software has really elevated how useful Trello is for me. Cons Calendar docking broke after the most recent Chrome update. I thought what appeared on the Planyway calendar could be synced with team members’ Google calendars but it does not unless we manually paste a link and update it every time we make a change. I was promised by Planyway support on \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] that this feature would be added. I checked back in on\[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] and I was told \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] Pros I thought checklists that appear as items on the Planyway calendar would sync to our users' Google Calendars. This would have been a game-changer for managing our team's schedules. Cons I was promised that this feature would be added, but a few months later I was told that it had been removed from the backlog. Working around the app is so easy and the design looks really beautiful. Most importantly, the usability is incomparably quite high. I also contacted the support team and they kindly and patiently helped me. Planyway is highly recommended by me. Cons I have used this product on my browser in integration with Trello.
