Planyway has been an great discovery and addition to my workflow

Pros

Planyway allows me to continue to use Trello but with the added functionality of timelines so I can block out my work on a calendar. It’s saved me from having to switch over to a completely new project management software. I love Trello and Planyway makes it even better!

Cons

I’m still getting to know all of playways features, but so far so good!

Pros

It quickly helped us see overlapping tasks and deadlines for our entire team in one snap shot. I loved the feature of being able to drag and drop and create cards in the chart/calendar view. It has helped us see our work on a larger scale vs day to day.

Cons

The additional cost on top of Trello's cost was hard to accept. However, the features have helped us as a team and that matters.

Love it! I love the view, and the way that you can expand out the lifetime of a certain project.

Pros

It helped visualize workflow by the person on the team, or changed to work to be done by client.

Cons

I would love to be able to export the work to share with a client. I haven't gotten to this yet.

It is visually appealing. It seemed more or less the only one available

Cons

It seems underdeveloped. Interaction with multiple boards and two-way editing are clunky

it is good. I have a older not very techy staff so any new tech is a challenge.

Pros

I love how planyway integrates with trello. I was trying to find a tool to help my staff with multiple projects see them as a calendar.

Cons

We have outlook not google so it wont sync with our calendars.

because it was connected to trello

Pros

Even it's cheapest plan I can get enough out of this software to fulfil most of my needs. Integration with Trello is nicely done too.

Cons

Of cours I would love a few more features to be included in the lowest price plan but that's an unfair request on my part. Would love a dark mode.

I particularly love being able to add different cards from multiple boards to track the amount of time and effort that I spend on each activity.

Cons

I wish you could customize the colors/theme of the overall application. Maybe this is possible, but I haven't figured it out yet.

Cons

Didn't work on mobile. Unable to add/edit existing schedule. Continued solicitation to subscribe (even though I would have no use for it going forward - I'm not the party that initiated the use of your tool).

Sometimes there are issues with connection between the planner view and the board view in Trello

Good so far and I will continue to use.

Pros

It works well with Trello as it allows me to have a collaborative job list with actionable dates that all members can view and track.

Cons

Syncing up to my Google calendar has not worked and I am unsure if this is due to not setting this correctly or the capabilities of Planyway.

Reason for choosing Planyway

This seems the most easy to use at the time.

At least within Trello, the UI is not great. It seems like the integration between both software's could be better
