nothing in particular. i enjoy the free version for basic scheduling and tracking. i understand it's no fair to ask for more functions for free. but hopefully you won't take away any of the current features, unless it's to improve it

We were able to track the time of our staff and outline who has what on their plate. This lead us to identifying which team members had too much on their plate and areas we as managers, could relieve tasks for these employees.

Pros

Integrating this software with our team was easy and the calendar feature kept planning and project timelines very organized. There weren’t many options that had as many functions as this software and we really came to rely on the time tracking tool for improving efficiency. This is a great integration to any Trello board and project management workflow!

Cons

While we love Planyway, it’s not as easy to use as we’d hoped. For instance, I think we are missing out on some key features simply because we aren’t sure how to use them. Integrating a step by step tutorial on this plugin would be super helpful— a walk through right on the software detailing what is used for what, could help us navigate it easier. It can appear that Planyway is just a simple calendar at first glance, instead of a tool that can track time, etc. So making that clear to the user would be beneficial.

I am an “out of sight out of mind” personality so it’s incredibly useful to see a calendar view. There’s no mistaking my agenda for the day. I’m also able to see personal appointments and business meetings on the same calendar so can easily prioritize my day!

Pros

I love that I can see everything in a calendar format in Trello while also linking to my gmail account

Cons

It was a little confusing syncing with gmail but I was able to get it done!

Pros

Easy to schedule activities and include people.

Cons

It could use some hotkeys to diminish the number of clicks required for certain tasks and/or allow it to be done entirely from the keyboard. For example, I can't duplicate a card by holding shift and dragging it.

Pros

I think Planyway is really good for Trello User, it helps with visualizing my planned works, deadlines and to-do lists. My schedule is cleaner after using Planyway.

Cons

I think there is more room for improving project planning. Now I am using planyway for weekly planning, but it does not perform really well in long-term planning.

Hi Helen, Thanks for your feedback! As you mentioned lack of options for long-term planning, I wanna ask if you tried to use Scales in timeline view? They will allow you to visualize planning for longer periods: weeks, months, quarters and even years.

Pros

I absolutely love that I can use PlanyWay to essentially turn my todo list into a calendar. It helps me to be much more realistic with my time and much time I dedicate for each task on a day-to-day basis

Cons

To edit a single card that was created by a recurring card, you have to select "Edit this card only." Sometimes this just feels a little redundant, and I wish it was easier in some way. It would even be better if I could use my arrow keys and press enter to select "this card only"

Overall I really like using my it with Trello, better than using an Excel Gantt chart, I prefer over Slack.

Pros

It's easy to install and use. Visually appealing. Adding team members to help manage is great.

Cons

I gave 4 stars for funtionality and value for money due to the fact that sometimes if you're doing a bit on Planway it gives errors and doesn't post or update. When it works it's very helpful but it gets very frustrating when you're trying to add tasks and it won't post and just gives you an error so you have to wait and try again later.

Reason for choosing Planyway

The free trial was why I upgraded.

Pros

\- In general, its nice to be able to distribute the trello cards in a calendar... definitely something that was missing from the standard Trello features - I like in particular the time-tracking option. This way I can keep track on how I distributed my working hours on different projects.

Cons

\- If I make a Trello-Card, I cant directly add the planyway-time options... need to re-open from calendar. - Two way calendar sync with office365 would be great - Regularly occuring meetings/cards option

Pros

I have been looking for a good solution to track Trello cards using a calendar besides the built-in option they provide. Since the integration of checklists, custom fields, and most of the other features Trello offers outside of Plannyway, it has everything you need to keep your business in order.

Cons

I don't have many complaints since you integrated the checklists and description.

My job owner is kinda satisfied withit, it gives a good overall view about the teams progress and next week goals.

Pros

Trello really needed a week sprint planner view and Planyway really fills the gap.

Cons

It not works very well with Safari. It interferes with default gestures and has an overall bad performance. I miss progress indicators based on checklist.

Planyway helps me to time-block which makes me more productive and let's me feel more at ease as managing my day has become a lot easier.

Pros

I was looking for a time-blocking software tool that easily integrated with Trello and Planyway does just that! Trello is great as a task list, but Planyway goes the extra step in letting me plan when to do tasks and set a start and end time that allows me to be much more effective and productive in my work. The fact that I can also see meetings scheduled on my Google Calendar was a neat added bonus for me!

Cons

The only thing I would like is a longer trial period! I was just getting the hang of using Planyway on a daily basis and I still wanted to test out the timeline features but then my trial ran out. A possible extension on the trial would be very useful for people like me who need a bit more time to explore a product fully.

I use it ones a week to coordinate all the activity of the department and daily to manage my to-do list.

Pros

Easy to manage, Planyway let me review the weekly working plan for the entier team. It let also the team members see the day by day work and coordinate all the activity. The possibility to see multiple boards makes very usefull the management of the differente Trello Boards when them repressent the different processes of the company

Cons

the aparience can be better..., and the cards do not show the activity card.

Pros

Good for planning schedule and easy to use in Trello. We use daily for planning schedule and all the user can view the changing directly. We like to use the weekly view to show all the schedule cards in Trello. It also can sync with google calendar. Good Job Planyway!

Cons

It would be great if it can sync with Trello in android apps. Hope to have more feature in future.

With Planyway, I can quickly organise my projects into realistic timelines and see where I'm up to all the time. This has allowed me to take on more clients and give them accurate and realistic project start dates at a quick glance

Pros

I love how this integrates with Trello and allows me to drag cards into the timeline to schedule my projects. I cannot explain how much this has helped with my organisation and productivity. I love how I can add different boards to Planyway to see an overall view and I love how I can create Google Calendar events directly from my Planyway calendar.

Cons

The one thing that frustrates me the most is that I cannot download it onto my windows desktop and use it as my general calendar. This would benefit me enormously and the calendar to Googlemail integration can be weak and delayed so I would be able to use Planyway as my main calendar.

Overall experience is good, like I said a great way to combine all of the different calendars.

Pros

I like that I am able to sync up all of my boards onto one calendar in Trello. I deal with many different boards for all of the things we have going on and this helps bring them all together.

Cons

My use has been primarily trial and error. I know it it much more capable than what I use it for however, I wish there were more training resources available to fully utilize the program.

Easy to see everything at a glance. Quick to create new tasks.

Cons

If I have a task that lasts more than 1 day, it's difficult to see it at a glance, I have to create 2 or more tasks (task A 1/3, task A 2/3, task A 3/3...). Sometimes it can be a bit slow to work on a lot of different tasks.

Pros

Does exactly what it's designed to: allows time boxing of tasks to ensure they get done. The ability to view all trello lists and cards alongside the calendar view, drag and drop, change durations, etc. is invaluable. For an intrepid list maker but one who is also very visual, this is the perfect combination. Ability to create recurring tasks also very useful.

Cons

No real cons. Small learning curve but once I was up that, nothing to complain about.

Cons

no standalone software, at least a windows widget for overview of todays tasks would be great i tried several times to purchase the pro version and ist still did not work. I tried about 10 times, while the promotion and it did not work, there always was a failure.... How could this happen? I want to give my money to you, to use all features and it just does not work....
