### "Solid Organizational Product To Further Freelancer's Experience"

Pros

I feel what Planywell does, helps me maintain organizing my schedule and to do list in one place. Being a freelancer I have always used an unorthodox method of creating a Calendar, in Trello. Now that I can do so with the assistance of Planyway and Google Chrome I can separate things off to events, and to do's, making my life a lot more organized.

Cons

I think if there is one thing that is not great, it's the Google Calendar Integration. I have multiple Google Calendars I use for other purposes like scheduling for our rental studio space. The incentive to sign up for these Google Sync features is more than reasonable, but the integration simply is vanilla and does not help me. Because I cannot choose the Calendar in Google I want to sync to it does not work properly.

Planyway couldn't be easier to use - no setup needed.

Pros

I'd been looking for a way to manage all my Trello cards as well as my work and personal calendar. Planyway gives me the entire view of my obligations at a glance, as well as a way to manage them without leaving the application.

Cons

None come to mind. I think this app is doing everything I need it to do.

Pros

It covers trello blind spots at the perfection. I love to see all panels in one place, well integrated and intuitive. Really love it and it is affordable for startups

Cons

Not having it in android playstore limits my workflow when I am out of office

Very convenient, FREE tool for social media management that keeps everything organized

Pros

I manage multiple clients' social media accounts and Planyway has made planning each social media calendar so easy! I love being able to look at the calendar view and drag and drop ideas from my Trello boards to schedule different posts.

Cons

It'd be nice if there was an option for calendar integration (like Canadian holidays, etc) so that I could see right in Planyway if anything important was coming up to post about.

Pros

Ease of use. By far the easiest plugin I have used. lots of features and the google calendar integration is amazing.

Cons

Sliding to the left on Mac causes the browser to go 'back'. Please fix!

Its a great tool for planning out my day and keeping track of the hours I spend on all the different projects I am involved in.

Pros

The time blocking functionality is the best I have come across out of all the different software packages I've tried. In addition to this, it is seamless to integrate with task management apps and my existing calendars.

Cons

I use it purely for its time blocking functionality and it is honestly perfect for that function.

Pros

I'm a Trello early adopter and have always been challenged to find a way to integrate Trello into my daily calendar. Planyway and Trello together are highly complimentary and I have found myself using more and more daily and weekly.

Cons

None that I would say are glaring, mostly UI negatives.

Reason for choosing Planyway

Not cost, I find the cost for an add on a bit costly, but I'm hoping it will save me in time managment.

Pros

It gives you several ways to "look" at your data. Member lanes, Kanban, Agile, etc and that can be useful for a versatile team who needs different data views to answer different questions.

Cons

I feel like it needs to have its own dashboard. Just let me login to Planyway to manage everything, and give me better control and functionality than Trello natively provides.

Playway helped me outline all the tasks I need to complete. In addition, it also kept a good track record for my boss to see what I have completed.

Pros

It is super easy to use! I love how it can integrate with Google calendar. You can easily keep track of projects, meetings, and deadlines all in one place.

Cons

The only thing I wish it could do is to integrate with google drive. However, you can get away by doing so if you put the links of your documents in the calendar.

Pros

I tested Planyway when we migrated to Trello for our projects and teamwork. I found it super quick and intuitive to set up and work with, giving me a very easy-to-use overview of my daily, weekly and monthly tasks across several Trello boards.

Cons

I find it too expensive as a standard solution once my trial period ended. This may affect our decision making whether or not we will use it as a team, too.

The Planyway is a team calendar managing software which helps you and your team to plan and manage your working schedules and plans. Also the functionality of this software helps with cooperation and helping to reach your teams goals and targets thanks to good time management and time organising.

Cons

The software is not free, if you want to use all the features and also learning how to use the full potential of this software can take some people quite a significant amount of time.

The main benefit for me was being able to sync my tasks from Trello to my Google Calendar and Planyway enabled that. This way, I have all my upcoming tasks and events in one place.

Pros

The ability of quickly scheduling tasks in my calendar by dragging & dropping tasks.

Cons

The mobile app is quite basic, doesn't have many more features than the standard calendar app.

We have gotten away from producing boring excel spreadsheet calendars to daily using the Planyway calendar for all our business needs.

Pros

The Planyway feature integrates well with Trello. Data is always accurate and well presented in a calendar format. The ability to move Trello cards with ease of drag and drop functionality makes this software a winner for our company.

Cons

I have not found anything yet that makes be dislike this software. I am very satisfied.

The calendar feature where I can overlay different boards definitely helps me manage my overall timeline and goals better. Very useful since I can add new cards to any board from one Planyway screen.

Cons

It can get a little slow and lag sometimes. I would also like to be able to view a custom time period rather than the whole month or just a week.

Pros

Planyway makes Trello much more useful for planning out projects. Between the ability to view multiple boards on the same calendar, sync with Google, create tasks that span multiple days, and prioritize tasks; this is my most used add-on to Trello.

Cons

I'd like options that automatically postpone overdue tasks to the current day. This way they would get automatically moved to my current list of tasks on my calendar. This would save the burden of manually having to move things if you were a little ambitious in your goals for a given day.

I'm planning out projects across a small team that has both long term and short term tasks.

Pros

I like being able to drag and drop cards around the dates, so that I can take a look at what I've assigned for next week's tasks to given people and assess what can reasonably be done and who has the bandwidth to handle more. Also I can take a look by project and assess what needs to be prioritized to hit milestone deadlines.

Cons

I'd love for there to be an automated process where I can say when I close out a card, it creates a second card to prompt any documentation needed to be completed. I'm working on building this kind of checklist into all project closeouts, but it's hard to interweave with card completion.
