Cons When Im assigned a new card, it doesn't automatically show up on my planyway calendar so I have to refresh by hitting "select all". February 21, 2020 3.0 In the end, I found myself using it less and less so discontinued my subscription. It just wasn't worth $5 per month for the limited functionality it offered. Pros It added my Trello tasks to my Google Calendar and allowed me to see Google calendar in Trello. Cons The trello integration was cumbersome to set up properly so that it synced with Google calendar. I often forgot the calendar was there. For the limited functionality it offers, it's not worth $5 per month. Reason for choosing Planyway It was the only product that synced Google calendar with Trello at the time I was exploring options. After trying to use Trello with one board, it quickly became overwhelming seeing so many projects in one place. This shows us all of the important due dates and a big picture view of what we have going on. Pros Planyway is a great tool and add-on to our Trello subscription. It allows us to see all client boards, due dates, employees, and projects in one place. It solved our issue of keeping tabs on multiple boards and we love how we can plan our days according to the due dates we set up. I have a lot of simultaneous tasks going at once, and being able to see them on the same calendar organized by Trello board is a godsend. Additionally, the ease by which I can reschedule items is amazing. Truly would not be doing as well in school without it. Cons Nothing is difficult, but I wish there were a "delay" feature that would allow me to push all items due in a list back by x amount of days. The only thing is not being able to schedule time of appointment through Trello card. Pros We use planyway in conjunction with Trello - It is great for seeing an overview of our patients coming in to clinic! Cons Unfortunately, when you create a checklist item in Trello attached to a date - it shows up on the calendar however, there is no option to schedule the time in the Trello card. Cons Having to enable permissions \*every\* time I try to open Planyway except for a handful of times over 4-5 months. The interface doesn’t automatically resize or adjust when panels are shifted or resized. Often times the refresh button will fix it but the cards side panel can be more stubborn requiring a page refresh in the browser. Creating cards in the Planyway interface can feel slow and slightly unresponsive. From clicking a card to waiting for the menu to populate is just a little longer than feels comfortable.
