Because we are able to see what's on everyone's schedules and gather insight through a single platform, we are better able to adapt and cover when these speed bumps come up. Pros The ability for the entire team to view and collaborate on the calendar feature is extremely beneficial when working to submit project bids. Cons The platform is very easy to use overall! Pros I love the fact that I can place my cards on trello like events on a calendar. Everything is right in front of me to see and organize. No more switching between apps and getting lost on the way. Cons I wish it would sync up to Google Calendar better for it to work best with Google Assistant. Like Hey Google what's my agenda for today. With so many Trello boards that cover different topics, it was hard to keep track of what images needed to be created. Planyway gave me the ability to combine all of those boards to highlight all of those upcoming images needs in one spot. It saved me time jumping from board to board, and it helped me better track what assignments needed to get done. Cons Overall, I am satisfied with Planyway. Pros Planyway is a great tool for applying timeblocking to Trello. Cons One of the difficulties (aside from my lack of application) is with cards that are either ongoing or will take several discontinuous blocks of time. I find myself creating a separate card to block out the time in Planyway, which kind of defeats the purpose of linking it to my Trello board. Planyway provides that feature but it is much much more. I love the event feature that allows me to send an invitation to the event to Trello users as well as non Trello users. Cons I cannot say there is anything I don't like or that is missing at the moment. You can drag and drop cards directly from boards to the calendar, making it much easier to schedule and plan that way. I just use the free version and it works great for me, but I'm not sure what I'm missing. Cons My primary dislike is that i can't view it in the trello app, only the desktop app (and maybe the browser, never tried). I hope it is better now that we have the TEAM level so we can put all our board dates on one calendar. Pros The reason we went with this tool is because we can combine all our boards and the dates on each card in one place. Cons I think it is not granular enough to grow our business. I got the team level with 5 employees but I actually have 6. So, to make it affordable for our size right now, I had to choose 5 employees because jumping from 5 to 10 members was too much. February 28, 2020 5.0 I find It helpful because I’m a very visual person and the normal layouts in trello can get very confusing if you are working on a deadline heavy schedule that is dependent on Using multiple different boards. Pros Puts all of my projects on one calendar making it much easier to see what deadlines are coming up. Cons Can’t see much info when you click on the project, you have to open the actual project up in a different page to see descriptions. It’s really been helpful in marrying project management with Calebdar functions. Pros I like being able to see the status of projects in a calendar format that I can sync with my Trello cards and share in a google calendar. Cons If I share to a client partner I can’t see their “lane” unless I change the view. I like the lane view. It helps me with follow ups. It allows me to organize everything easily. I use it to see how is my team's schedule and how many hours they've worked. It is useful for my reports too, since I can organize my jobs by labels. Cons I have some difficulty to find my employees time tracking in the calendar. As I'm the only one to control their time, I'm the only one with the paid version. It's also helpful as I can see what my teammates are doing and whether they have too much or too little wok on at any one point. Cons The cards have to correspond to the cards on Trello. It would be useful to have the ability to create cards that are exclusive to planyway, as not all tasks need to have a card on Trello but it would still be useful to map them out on my Planyway calendar.
