TIME! Prompt saves me so much time with billing and documentation. Their online scheduling keeps the schedule full and the phone from ringing, double win. It has save me time, headaches.....so much more.

Pros

Honestly the whole platform is in another tier compared to similar products on the market. I haven't tried them all, but my fair share and PROMPT blows them away in almost every aspect. Where they don't, they reach out for user feedback and make the changes to improve. Absolutely amazing group of people working on things over there.

Cons

Minor details I think could always be improved, luckily they have feature requests and make those improvements regularly. Integration was a piece of cake. Took a weekend and was up and running quickly.

Talking with them. They seemed like good, regular people, trying to put out the best product possible. They weren't trying to sell me. Their product was good at the time. They showed me plans for the future and what the platform is going to be and they have delivered on those promises.

Exacerbating, time-consuming, expensive and anxiety-provoking. Alec was dismissive and continued to blame me for the issues and his first contact with me was almost 6 months into our relationship with Prompt. The system and programming is good but these young executives need to realize your product doesn’t matter if you don’t know how to treat your customers.

Pros

Cancel list is nice. I like the daily notes and flow overall. The invoicing is smooth once you finally get it set up.

Cons

Upper management here needs a big lesson in how to correspond with exacerbated customers. The sales team that brought me on were good but then once I started to having difficulties it was like no one knew how to fully handle it. I finally heard from the Customer Experience Manager and he was the worst to deal with, dismissive to say the least and never even called me despite my requests. I have had to pay outside consultants for several weeks and have spend hours on the phone trying to get to the bottom of why I’m not receiving ERA. They keep saying this happened a lot in my previous system which is just simply not true. The system completely messed up our insurance accounts leaving us being paid instead of the clients for our cash paying clients. This has lead to an extreme amount of extra work and stress for me as the owner to try to work to reimburse and make the accounting right. The individuals working for Prompt have been responsive and tried to help us but it was really too much for anyone to handle and the biggest disappointment is the upper management and their lack or willingness to make this right. They are offering to let me out of my year contract as I am sure they would love to not have to deal with this issue anymore.

10/10 Experience, absolutely love using prompt! I love all the features and tabs. And I think it's great that there is a Dashboard tab which helps with tracking a multitude of things. Making it easier to keep up with important task and documents.

Pros

The prompt team is very helpful in answering questions and I love that there is a "Need Help" feature that provides instant answers. I also love the color-coding of the schedule making it easy to know what I am looking at and helps the schedule stay organized.

Cons

So far, I haven't had any major cons. I do think it would be lovely if the NPS surveys were included in regular prompt as in prompt plus it allows clinic to view customer feedback.

We started our our physical therapy clinic about 3 years ago and we started with Prompt. We have no regrets and love the ease of use! It integrates well with other features, allowing even more streamlining.

Pros

It is so intuitive and easy to use, even for those unfamiliar with any EMR system. It is also constantly evolving and updating for a more seamless and efficient process.

Cons

It requires you to keep up with the changes regularly. However, they do provide notes and videos to help you with you.

Prompt has made us more efficient in getting claims paid quicker from insurances, which is a huge deal. They alert us to any claims that need attention on a daily basis. Prompt also applies out all electronic payments so that saves a lot of time as well.

Pros

Prompt Customer service always goes above and beyond to help us with whatever we need. The program is great because it applies electronic payments for us as well as alerts us to any claims that need attention right away.

It is amazing, the EMR, the support, every individual I have had interactions with. You can tell that the culture of the business is one that truly cares about their employees and clients.

Pros

The transparency, the ability to see live reports and make educated business decisions with accurate data. It is amazing how user friendly it is and it's ability to be very forgiving. Mistakes are easily correctible and the user log/time and date stamps allows users to track what has been done on any patient file very easily.

Cons

I do believe that billing 2.0's user interface may need some adjusting, however, that could also just be me being stubborn and not wanting change.

It's easy to use and has a clean layout which makes finding what I need pretty quick. I also really like the reporting tools and how custom things are.

Sometimes it runs a little slow when switching between sections and some updates take a bit to get used to.

We decreased our admin time for front desk staff and for therapists. Each aspect from scheduling to documentation is easier, faster, and has fewer errors. Prompt is very quick to respond to questions and issues and is always improving and updating features. There have also been countless features added on a consistent basis that we implement into our practice.

Pros

Prompt EMR makes everything about owning a practice easy. Everything is integrated from online scheduling, online document signing and onboarding of new patients, HEP, EMR, and reporting and tracking. Using Prompt cut down on our admin time by over 50% due to everything being seamlessly integrated.

Cons

Prompt made the whole process easy from the start. I have had no issues and Prompt is great at listening to customer wants and needs for new features and works to add them into their updates. They are a new software company which is a positive because they want your feedback.

Pros

It's incredibly user friendly. I like that there are several ways to navigate to any given location in the platform, so you can essentially tailor your experience to how you like to work and what is most efficient for each user. Prompt is the best EMR software I have used in my 15 years of billing.

Cons

There really isn't anything I don't like about Prompt. I like to give constructive feedback, because I always think everyone can improve, but the ease of use and super fast support makes this system top-notch in my book.

It's a fantastic all-in-one solution that helps the clinician and business owner succeed. Great support. Awesome features. Intelligent integration of AI services that went above my expectations. Would recommend to (mostly) everyone.

Pros

Intuitive user experience, integrated technology such as the AI sidekick tool, and really effective and responsive support staff. Implementation is really seamless, and their onboarding team has really thought of everything. I use this software daily and I've had a really great experience with this so far. They also have a lot of good partners for integrating features such as faxing, merchant processors, RTM features, and home exercise program softwares.

Cons

The onboarding process is extremely thorough, and for a small business owner that runs a solo practice, it can be very daunting. Cash-based billing features still need to be developed to make it easier for practices that are not billing insurance. Last thing I would say is that I would love other options to integrate with merchant processors. They only allow for one vendor at this time.

I've had a lot of issues with prompt. I wouldn't recommend them for smaller practices. They don't seem to know what they are doing when it comes to smaller clinics or startup clinics and you will waste a lot of time and money.

Pros

There are nice features with prompt, the billing feature is usually pretty easy and straight forward.

Cons

It's way overpriced for what it is. Most of the features cost extra so you will pay an astronomical amount to get it to do all the things you'd want in an EMR. Customer service is horrible, multiple people reply to the email so you never really get an answer to the initial problem, response are delayed and you can usually find them online before you get a real answer from their customer service. It's not user friendly, the notes take forever to complete, the AI feature works sometimes but not always so it can take longer. The templates help but it's still a lot of unnecessary clicking to add in all the parts of the evaluation or progress note. It's glitchy, it will log you out randomly and you have to refresh to get the tab opened back up and find your note. ERA enrollment instructions were incorrect, costing time with enrollments. Was told multiple wrong information regarding billing tab use and claim submission. It will reject claims but they aren't actually rejected so you will waste time tracking down that information. It doesn't always attach/remove the signed tag when you attach signed progress notes/POC so those will stay in the unsigned documents tab and you will fax them again if you're not careful thereby increasing your cost to SRfax and annoying your providers with multiples of the same POC. It creates more work than helps.

Pros

Prompt is very user friendly, and has been an easy system to train new staff on. I like that it's web based and can access from anywhere. Love the option to download reports or have a quick view. The Prompt team is always quick to respond and help out with any feature requests.

Cons

The system sometimes lags after an update is made. Normally, any issues get resolved pretty quickly.

Pros

I enjoy the access to Prompt the most - It is very easy to use and having access to this EMR on any server is great. This system is extremely easy to teach/learn and navigate.

Cons

I dislike the amount of updates and how often the system goes down. The Prompt team is very responsive and does their best to fix issues, but this does happen more often than not.

What stands out most is how seamlessly everything integrates—scheduling, documentation, and billing all work together without the clunky transitions you get in other systems. Writing notes has become significantly easier, and I spend far less time charting after hours.

Pros

We've been using Prompt EMR for over a few years now in our outpatient physical therapy clinic, and the experience has been outstanding. The platform is intuitive, highly customizable, and has dramatically streamlined our documentation and scheduling workflow. The speed and ease of use are unmatched compared to other EMRs we’ve used in the past.

Cons

It crashes sometimes after an update comes out. The exercise flowsheet is now on multiple pages vs one continuous page

Prompt really does just offer a solution for everything you need help with for running your business. You want a faster and more responsive solution? You want more control and visibility over all aspects of your visits and claims? You want to have someone who's going to go above and beyond to help you out when you're confused? Prompt has that taken care of!

Pros

I felt so comfortable with the implementation because they sent me an extremely thorough outline with deadlines and clear instructions. Everyone on the team gets extensive training with the best training videos of all time! The product itself is so sleek and responsive and they have really thought of every single thing you need to run an efficient practice, from the front desk to the therapist to the biller. No longer do I have to suffer by moving from one software to another, everything is contained in one mighty ecosystem. This saves so much time and effort when you're in your system all day, every day. But the number one best feature is absolutely their customer service. Every single person on their team really cares about making sure that you have a good experience and that the product is working for you. When we were doing our implementation and our onboarding, \[sensitive content hidden\] was absolutely instrumental in making sure that that we were set up for success. We brought billing in house for the first time and \[sensitive content hidden\] empowered us with all of the knowledge to run this part of our business with clarity and efficiency but also really took time to learn and understand our policies and practices so that we could tailor our Prompt experience to what truly works for us. Even though I know \[sensitive content hidden\] has lots of clients and responsibilities he will make sure that you feel like you are his priority and find that solution for you, no matter how tiny your issue is in the grand scope of things. Our collection rate has improved so much in such a short time. If I have any issues at all I know I can get an answer so quickly and they will make sure everything is resolved in a timely fashion AND with good humor and kindness. Our clients love all of the new features that are constantly being rolled out, and I know if I have an idea someone on the Prompt team will listen to me and try to make it happen. Prompt integrates with so many products that it really makes our lives as a practice so much easier. I'm so thankful every day that we made the switch.

Cons

The pricing is a little bit high but to be fair it's worth it for the stellar service and superior product. They're constantly making updates trying to improve things and really listen to feedback and that is something I'll happily pay for.

Prompt looked and performed better and I could tell that they were really striving to make the best product out there.

The system is incredibly user-friendly, making it easy to navigate and manage tasks efficiently. \[sensitive content hidden\] has provided outstanding assistance with billing inquiries, resolving issues quickly and effectively. The online scheduling system is consistently used for both new and existing patients, streamlining the appointment process.

Cons

The built-in HEP exercise library prompts could be improved, although I understand integrations like PT Wired address this.
