Prompt really does just offer a solution for everything you need help with for running your business. You want a faster and more responsive solution? You want more control and visibility over all aspects of your visits and claims? You want to have someone who's going to go above and beyond to help you out when you're confused? Prompt has that taken care of!

Pros

I felt so comfortable with the implementation because they sent me an extremely thorough outline with deadlines and clear instructions. Everyone on the team gets extensive training with the best training videos of all time! The product itself is so sleek and responsive and they have really thought of every single thing you need to run an efficient practice, from the front desk to the therapist to the biller. No longer do I have to suffer by moving from one software to another, everything is contained in one mighty ecosystem. This saves so much time and effort when you're in your system all day, every day. But the number one best feature is absolutely their customer service. Every single person on their team really cares about making sure that you have a good experience and that the product is working for you. When we were doing our implementation and our onboarding, \[sensitive content hidden\] was absolutely instrumental in making sure that that we were set up for success. We brought billing in house for the first time and \[sensitive content hidden\] empowered us with all of the knowledge to run this part of our business with clarity and efficiency but also really took time to learn and understand our policies and practices so that we could tailor our Prompt experience to what truly works for us. Even though I know \[sensitive content hidden\] has lots of clients and responsibilities he will make sure that you feel like you are his priority and find that solution for you, no matter how tiny your issue is in the grand scope of things. Our collection rate has improved so much in such a short time. If I have any issues at all I know I can get an answer so quickly and they will make sure everything is resolved in a timely fashion AND with good humor and kindness. Our clients love all of the new features that are constantly being rolled out, and I know if I have an idea someone on the Prompt team will listen to me and try to make it happen. Prompt integrates with so many products that it really makes our lives as a practice so much easier. I'm so thankful every day that we made the switch.

Cons

The pricing is a little bit high but to be fair it's worth it for the stellar service and superior product. They're constantly making updates trying to improve things and really listen to feedback and that is something I'll happily pay for.

My experience with PROMPT has been nothing short of incredible. They have an incredible staff and an incredible product which allows us to do our job as easily as possible.

Pros

We can track a claim through the entire Revenue Cycle which is fantastic for getting our clients paid.

Cons

Auto posting can be fickle so we try to avoid that in order to make sure posting is 100% accurate.

Overall I am very pleased with Prompt, love that we are able to integrate our HEP into the same program.

Pros

The ease of completing notes, the ability to integrate with other systems such as Virtual Sally.

Cons

Seems like after every update the system crashes which makes it difficult to provide the best care for our patients.

Pros

Prompt has a wonderful customer service team, a sleek and modern platform with intuitive features that ties together the entire EMR model in a way that is easy to learn (see their resource library for more) and easy to use on a day to day basis. They also have a robust reporting system for practice management to allow you to really see what is going on operationally and financially with your clinic.

Cons

As it is a web-based EMR, the main downside is the possibility for EMR outages. HOWEVER, their engineering team is very proactive and is quick to reinstate the EMR and fix any issues as they arise.

It's great! Everything feels a little more streamlined and quicker. Scheduling patients, easily collecting payments from patients, reviewing claims and posting responses and releasing charges is all simple.

Pros

Ease of scheduling: copy and pasting appointments/meetings or sending a booking link directly to the patient. Being able to send paperwork prior to the intial evaluation is one of my favorite features.

Cons

Multiple day scheduling gets frustrating when I want to edit the entire group of appointments, but have to do it one by one once its been initally set.

Overall pretty good. You guys are working hard to update / improve the product. Can you make a link / portal for new patients to be able to sign up online.

Pros

The ease of soap notes, billing and check out process. I like the fact there’s a link / portal for current patients to schedule appts

Cons

The button clicking for all the measurements. To me is slow/ clunky. Drop down might be better. Perhaps just a personal preference. 2024 there were a ton of servers being down and not able to access prompt.

Overall, my experience with prompt has been great. I find that the layout is clean and easy to use. I would recommend it to anyone!

Pros

I enjoy the layout of the note and the ease of seeing what was written from last session.

Cons

I think prompt can improve with the ease of billing. For me, I have a difficult time when writing evaluations. Currently, the option is to either bill for each individual intervention in which you have select the amount of time spent on each thing or select a card for the specific CPT code. This is not a huge deal, however it would make things easier.

Overall I like it a lot better than the other 3 EMR’s I have used in the past

Pros

Documentation is quicker than other EMR I have used. Staff is responsive to feedback and troubleshooting. They offer many different ways to document and you can make and share smart phrases to make things quicker. Billing is quick and consistent. You can make alerts for patients that pop up for the front desk and/or other clinicians. The pre charting feature is helpful to prepare for evals.

Cons

Patients complain that sometimes the online intake doesn’t work, and when it does work I find it difficult to toggle back and forth to put that information into the subjective portion of the note so other clinicians can see it easily. I wish there was an option for the intake info to populate into the subjective section.

I like Prompt. It's a fine EMR. I don't find it unduly stressful to navigate whilst on the phone with a patient. I think our company has it close to optimally configured, which is a huge bonus.

Pros

I like being able to run different instances of Prompt in separate browser tabs. In general, I keep one Patient tab open, and one Schedule tab open on separate screens for my work flow. I find the UI intuitive and easy to navigate.

Cons

It is prone to lagging and retconning recently entered data with a frustrating error code.

The entire team at PROMPT is fantastic, knowledgeable and very responsive. They get back to us same day with detailed answers to our questions and resources to share. The product itself is robust and allows the practice to run more efficiently.

Pros

It leverages technology to make the process of patient registration and care streamlined. Integrated with an exercise library, PTs can find everything in one place. The billing system helps us stay in compliance

Cons

It is missing a robust scoring, functional reporting feature. Even though functional reporting forms are preloaded, PTs cannot see the specific questions or the scores. It would also be nice if these were automatically put into discharge and progress visits and reporting was built so we could track our clinic performance.

We chose PROMPT because it seemed more integrated and user friendly.

It has been the most streamlined and easy-to-use EMR thus far, and the customer services is second to none.

Pros

The software is easy to learn and easy to use. It is aesthetic while not being over the top. The auto compliance prompting features are what set it apart to streamline the process of notes and claims.

Cons

Non-customizability of what shows up in a note is something that could be featured since every therapist has their own way of doing notes. For example, there are several tiles that are in every note that go unused for me, and for me to have the option of just deleting them would be nice. Another helpful feature would be a prompt that alerts when a progress note should be scheduled vs a normal visit; that way we wouldn't schedule the visit as a normal visit, enter the note, see the red banner alerting us a progress note is due, then have to go back to the schedule to change the visit type to a progress note.

I've had great experiences with the top leadership and support staff. They have been very responsive and helpful whenever I've run into snags.

Pros

I like the great functionality: dashboard access with quick information regarding verification of eligibility, active caseload, unsigned documentation, and more. Report features come with visual displays for easier access to relevant info.

Cons

The features I was requesting are now going to be implemented! Online patient scheduling tools and NPS surveys are rolling out after feedback submitted. Otherwise, room for growth includes more streamlining with documentation flow.

Great team and communication. Our transfer of data went very smoothly. Great product.

Pros

Easy to track key metrics in the practice. Easy to access info from anywhere, including your smartphone, which is especially helpful since I travel a lot. Integrated features are a plus including credit card transactions and online forms for patients to fill out. Cut down on admin time significantly.

Cons

None, the team is super responsive to any requests and makes changes very quickly. We had no major issues and updates are performed at night.
