### "Evaluation of Prompt"

Pros

There is not a lot of clicking of boxes to enter notes for my patients. I like being able to type free hand and use templates as needed

Cons

There are times where the screen will jump to the top while documenting when I am scrolling down I would love to have the option for dot-phrases (.physicaltherapyeval) instead of templates so I can rapidly add simple information
