March 30, 2023 5.0 Pleexy has been great for my use case and they are always quick to point out and apologise for bugs. I'm going to start doing a Todoist integration with Trello as well soon, and I'm just hoping it works with multiple email addresses. Pros Pleexy helps me link my Todoist with Asana. I think it works fantastically, my projects are synced the way I want them to be, and any changes run smoothly. Wouldn't consider a Todoist subscription without it. September 2, 2022 5.0 Pros Amazingly simple solution for connecting Asana and Todoist! My team uses Asana but I manage my day with Todoist. I have tried other solutions like Make (formerly Integromat) and Zapier but the price and ease of use for Pleexy make it the clear winner. Cons It would be absolutely amazing if Pleexy would integrate with Notion! Not really a con of the software, just something I would like to see. This way I can use each tool in its strong domain. Pros Pleexy does a frictionless sync of tasks from Evernote notes to Todoist projects. Checking off items in Todoist closes them in Evernote. Everything as one would expect it to be! Cons Pleexy supports Evernote search queries to define which notes should be added to Todoist. Unfortunately, the implementation is not complete and it's not possible to specify all notes within a certain stack (in my case "Active Projects") to be synced, so one has to regress to workarounds (e.g. tags). Also, links in Evernote get replaced by the note title and notebook name for some reason, which is rather confusing. These are minor annoyances though. Review Source DC Don C. The problem is I have tasks coming from multiple sources - email (multiple accounts), onenote, basecamp for example. The 2 way integration Pleexy offers between these systems is seamless and once set up, it just runs. Pricing is better than other integration services like Zapier, and easier to set up. It’s really helped with my overall workflow because I can write all of my tasks in Onenote and know that the tasks will show up in Todoist. So, I don’t have to jump between apps when writing my tasks - I can do everything from my Onenote notebook! Pros I like Pleexy’s simple integration between OneNote and Todoist. I like being able to write tasks in Onenote and having them synced with Todoist. The nice thing is that you can complete the tasks in Todoist and they will show up in Onenote as completed too. Cons I think the biggest feature that is missing is being able to sync tags between Onenote and Todoist. Another issue is the delay in syncing between Todoist and Onenote, but this has more to do with the API of Onenote than an issue with Pleexy. Review Source CW Chris W. There is no other app to my knowledge that syncs todos like this Pros Pleexy creates a near seamless link between my notes app and project planner and my to do list manager. It is bi directional so it doesn't matter where I am working. When I'm planning a project in OneNote, To-Do's I plan out there, show up in Todoist. Cons OneNote's API is a bit clunky for pleexy to work with so if I move a note in OneNote, it deletes the tasks in Todoist and recreates them as new tasks in the inbox Review Source GM Gene M. Pros I envisioned that Todoist would be my primary daily driver, and Pleexy was the only connector out there that supported all my sources. It was seamless to implement, and I was getting results out of it on the first day! Cons There's occasional funkiness in the sync, but that's something every tool has, and Pleexy support is on point. It just does what you expect. Easy to setup and worry free. Integration Options during setup covered my needs without having to change the way I work. It just made my life easier. Pros This allows me to combine multiple sources of tasks coming in from Trello, Jira, Outlook, Onenote etc... and create a workflow systems that allows me to stay on top of my individual and teams work. It was super easy to configure and now I have all my tasks from Trello, Emails and OneNote visible in one list it is much easier to manage my workload effectively. Cons Pleexy works with all the platforms I commonly use, and the one time a link broke it was really quick and easy to restart it. All I need to do is create a connection with Outlook account once, which btw is very easy. Cons Not a deal breaker, but additional email fields could be provided that could be used to build the task template.
