VERY PLEASED!" **Overall:** EXTREMELY SATISFIED! VERY PLEASED! PROFESSIONAL, HELPFUL & NICE! ;-) **Pros:** Love, Love, Love this Company! Not only is Customer Service ON POINT and PLEASANT, as well as the cost VERY FAIR, the fact that the “gps” device also will alert you to any mechanical issues going on w/ your vehicles!! It is an AMAZING FEATURE we did not even realize when we became Customers. The fact that you are able to receive warnings and codes alerting you of a potential problem w/ your vehicle is a LIFE SAVER! Otherwise, the problem intensifies w/out you even knowing it existed! The $$ saved w/ this AWESOME FEATURE is a God send!! **Cons:** Ughh… It’s a little bit difficult to set the Zones and a few other features. The BEST THING though is all you have to do is call or e-mail Customer Support and they will help you out in a heart beat! They will set anything up you may be having difficulty w/ and do it HAPPILY! Love these guys! Only other “con” we’ve ever experienced is when our initial “Salesman” or “Contact Person” left the Company and our e-mails went nowhere, I guess and never answered.
