Cons: Assist Edge is not simple as other automation tools. The installation process needs more human interventions.Selectors are not constant every time. Hence, it's hard to predict and develop.

Overall: Overall experience has been good. It has provided worth to lot of clients but it has limitation which is a down side. It needs improvement to compete in the long run.
Pros: The attended automation part is the best in the game. It's UI is helping a lot of companies handle their work load. The deployment and management part is very easy and user friendly.
Cons: More features need to be added as it has limitation with what can be automated using this software. It's incapability to connect with 3rd party application for OCR. it is more on the coding side and no code/low code part is not applicable for it.

Pros: AssistEdge is one of the amazing RPA tool which makes automation more easier. It has the easy user interface with drag and drop activity features. There is an additional feature of Control tower where we can manage our robots and triggers. Integration is much easier when compared with other tools. Infosys team also provides training videos and documentation to learn tool more easier, which helps new users to acquire knowledge on the tool.
Cons: Sometimes the tool hangs while using it.
