It helps a lot to stand out from the rest. Pros It has a high impact on users. And it is a very good sell platform. Cons Some users (clients) did not found it to be intuitive enough and needed a little training. Pros I love how it condenses so many features without bloating it, such as renders, maps and general proyect information while also making it accesible on pretty much any type of hardware Cons While I'm very aware upgrades are on the way some tool are still a little rough around the edges as well as a few bugs on production. Pros I loved the realism of the dimensions and that it gives you the measurement of the appartments. Another feature that I love is that we can see the floor planse Cons It took more than 3 months to create 1 app, I think Hauzd can improve their times to create the app and also they can improve the detail quality. We had some difficulties with the interior design, because the library has limits and sometimes we couldn't find appropiate furniture. Reason for choosing Hauzd We choose Hauzd because is a very complete software and is gives you the right dimension of the building and every appartment. One of our top priorities is to shorten production times and it's getting better with every new version of our software. At the time of writing this response, our production time has decreased to a matter of few weeks for an average project and it is continuously getting shorter. I know if has a good potential for Latin American countries as Peru. Pros I use this application for my real estate clients. When I design the interior of the common areas, they upload it to the hauzd model so their clients can see the entire project including the interior renders and models. Since we cannot control that, we are working on some improvements to speed up the loading no matter the device or internet provider.
