### "Peace of Mind"

Pros

It gives the peace of mind knowing we've meeting all necessary EEO requirements and can also report on them.

Cons

The cost. It would be nice if you could select certain features vs it being a single package. Ex. We do not need a ATS system but it comes lumped into the cost. It would be nice if that was an "add on" feature.
