With their automatic claim filing feature, we have drastically reduced the amount of time spent filing claims. While we did not have the time prior to Betachon to search for delayed deliveries on shipping methods like Next Day Air and Second Day Air, we now automatically have claims filed and being awarded those claims. Its been a huge value add to our business and that of our customers. Cons Betachon has been great! I have no negatives to report!
