Rezoomo has been a game changer for our recruitment team. It has greatly streamlined recruitment administration, is very easy to use, and has significantly improved efficiency in a high‑volume public sector environment. The support from the Rezoomo team is excellent, responsive, and always helpful - thanks \[sensitive content hidden\] ! We would highly recommend Rezoomo to any public sector organisation.

Pros

What I like most about Rezoomo is how easy it is to use and how much it has reduced recruitment administration, supported by excellent and responsive customer support. The candidate experience is so much better with Rezoomo.

Cons

There is very little that I dislike about Rezoomo. Any minor issues that arise are quickly addressed thanks to the excellent support from the Rezoomo team.

Overall, my experience with Rezoomo has been very positive. The platform supports an efficient, structured, and user-centric recruitment process. It enables strong collaboration across hiring teams while maintaining a clear focus on candidate experience. The combination of intuitive design, practical functionality, and excellent support makes it a reliable and effective ATS for a fast-paced recruitment environment.

Pros

I find the platform to be incredibly intuitive and easy to use. The candidate management functionality enables highly efficient pipeline tracking, providing clear visibility across all stages of the recruitment process. The interface is clean, well-structured, and user-friendly, which significantly reduces administrative workload. Features such as candidate self-scheduling tools, detailed candidate profiles, and streamlined application forms allow us to focus on delivering an exceptional candidate experience. In addition, the customer support is excellent, with a responsive and solutions-focused approach that adds real value to the overall user experience.

Cons

While the platform performs strongly overall, there is an opportunity to enhance customisation options, particularly for more complex or high-volume hiring workflows. Reporting functionality could be further developed to allow for more advanced filtering and tailored insights. Expanding integrations with external tools would also support a more seamless end-to-end recruitment cycle..

Pros

Easy to use. Very good for shortlisting and keeping track of candidates. Being able to mark jobs as filled, filled outside of Rezoomo or unfilled is useful for monitoring metrics. Customer service is excellent.

Cons

Not having the ability to unarchive jobs can be occasionally inconvenient. Especially if archived by mistake.

Pros

Rezoomo takes the tedious, time consuming tasks away and does them for you. Makes hiring a lot easier.

Pros

There are various pros when it comes to using Rezoomo. For us, it has been a seamless transition for all staff using the system. The functionality is top class and all our staff have encountered no problems whilst using the system. The training that we received from the team as part of the initial setup was top class and the academy section on Rezoomo gives all users access to training guides. The ability to create our career site is also a massive advantage for us. It enables potential applicants access to a snapshot of what we have to offer. Top class to date.

Cons

From talking to everyone on the team who is using Rezoomo, we have no complaints. Rezoomo is top class and I strongly encourage other companies to use Rezoomo for all their Recruitment and Talent Acquisition needs.
