Pros I love being able to pull reports, change views, and filter by just about any category. This enables us to be able to analyze data and respond to specific questions immediately. Cons No major issues. Ultimately, I would like to be able to integrate our FM database for benchmarking purposes, or at least be able to download and update data on a more frequent basis. The charts loaded quickly and easily. Cons The software could definitely be more visually appealing. The graphs are basic in their appearance. It would also be nice to be able to click into a particular graph and see the data behind it. There were many times where I wanted to do so as a reminder to how the numbers were being calculated.
