It has streamlined our entire workflow, freed up a lot of manual admin and double handling, and made day-to-day operations far more efficient. One of the biggest benefits has been the transparency it provides our customers, giving them clear visibility and confidence throughout the delivery process while also providing digital pod's. Since implementing My Trucking TMS, we’ve been able to focus more on growth and less on paperwork. Highly recommended for any transport company looking to modernise and improve efficiency. Pros Cost effective and user friendly TMS. Integrates well with MYOB. Offer's great customer support and Ollie the bot is remarkable. Cons I would like to see a print connote and label option. Best suited for Bulk haulage and carting by tonnage. Will work for taxi truck but not great for road freight. It was hard to keep track of hard to time manage and I had no dashboard about what I was making. I found My Trucking a few years ago and I’ll be honest. I was pretty hesitant at first but the fact they had a 14 day free trial worked really well for me. I gave it a go just fantastic. My time management was back. I actually had the ability to dispatch job and within minutes I knew it had been accepted when the icon changed colour and my driver had accepted the job. My customer is also enjoy it for the fact that my drivers can upload photos before and after delivery they can see real time start and finishes. It’s just made dispatching and connect connecting with my customer as a whole lot easier. Pros My favourite thing about My Trucking is the fact that even though some of my guys can’t read and write that well they’re able to utilise it very easily on their own individual devices. Snapdragon also works over the top of it so it will read what needs to be said out loud. Cons Personally it’s the colour scheme. I like working with dark backgrounds. This is all in white but that’s a hearsay other than that. The price is pretty good. The program integrates everything you would want from a logistics platform, ensuring load details are easily accessible for planners and drivers. It also minimises the time taken to raise invoices, and is perfectly compatible with Xero Accounting. Since turning to MyTrucking 18 months ago they have developed several updates all of which have improved the system drastically, and the team there are always willing to listen to any needs or requirements that you have. Pros My trucking is easy to use and has been easily integrated into my business. Drivers have also found the app very useful and easy to use. It's brilliant to know that help is just a message away! Pros Easy to get the load info to our driver, and intuitive to use for all computing skill levels. It's also brilliant to capture photos on the job and send the photo links with the invoices. I really appreciate that multiple users can be on our MyTrucking at the same time - the administration user doesn't have to wait for the logistics user to finish.
