We have been using the product for more then 3/4 years now and it does work well. The main users, can provided more feed back on the usege for the product, but in gernal, it works fine and we had less issues, then other products...

Pros

It does what its meant to do. Call system is great and user friendly

Cons

Retrictions on guided support documents. We have these installed locally on Desktop PC's, but when we have a issues with the PC and need this replaced, we have sometimes stuggle to get this software installed and configured to work. A guided document, should be provided to the Local IT support Teams, so they can install and confiugre the software, without, calling support and having to much down time.
