Pros For us, one of the most useful part is not necessary to install it, just register and you can use it. For our customers who do not necessarily have CAD softwares on their corporate computers is a huge help. It barely does not need training to understand how it works. We switched from Excel spreadsheet report into BIMsync and it was incomparably easier to communicate the issues with the IFC models and 2D drawings. Cons The access management can be more customizable per user and functions. Review Source 長伊 長磨 伊. 会社員 Architecture & Planning Used the software for: Less than 6 months ### "ソフトウェアベンダーフリーのＣＤＥ環境" October 31, 2022 5.0 特に総合調整会議や、各設備、鉄骨、施工時の納まりを確認する会議の短縮につながった。コメントをうまく利用することにより議事録も大量に記載することがなくなった。また、総合調整会議前の事前打ち合わせの質やスピードが向上し、わーくふろーが劇的に改善された。 Pros 何よりも、ソフトウェア依存がない事。オートデスクのAutodeskConstructionCloud(旧BIM360)のように一部の製品データが保存できないなどが一切ない。その理由はIFCに完全準拠しているため。施主・ゼネコン・下請け、また建物の規模にこだわらず様々な利用方法や活用ができる。大手であればapiを開発すれば高度利用も可能だし、町の工務店であればBIMを利用して、施主さんに３Dでモデル確認をしてもらうこともできる。利用者次第でBIMを利活用することができるのがとても良い点。 Cons 国内産ではないため、ウェブ版の日本語和訳に一部違和感あり。iOSやアンドロイドアプリは日本語版が開発されていないため、英語版で利用する必要がある。今後のアップデートに期待。サーバ自体は海外のＡＷＳリージョンに設置されているため、利用者が増えた場合、遅延が発生する可能性が高いことが最大の懸念。国内で提供する事業者と国内利用者が増えれることにより、日本国内のAWSリージョンが開設されてくれれば長期的にIFCのデータストックとしてアーカイブする用途もでてくるのだが、、、。 Reason for choosing Catenda Hub ソフトウェア、ベンダーロックがないため。かつⅠＦＣデータをストックするため、プラグインやＡＰＩを開発することにより様々なシステムに転用ができる。超長期的にここにＢＩＭモデルをためれば利用者自身でＢＩＭモデルの高度利用が可能になる基盤になる。これが最大の理由。 Review Source BL Benoît L. July 21, 2020 4.0 Pros c'est un logiciel très simple d'utilisation à la fois pour moi, en coordination de réunion de synthèse et pour les conducteur de travaux qui peuvent suivent en temps réel l'avancement des sujets. Cons il manque parfois certaines fonctionnalités pour aller plus vite dans la gestion des sujets sur la plateforme. Bimsync is really easy to use and allows a broader range of users to read the project 3D files from site staff to owner. It contributes to a better understanding of the project and results in better quality. The issues feature is a huge help to track the ongoing subjects. Pros The model federation is easy to set up and maintain. Cons Back when I used it in 2018/2019, I remember struggling to deal with viewpoints imported from Solibri Model Checker.
