"I deserve the best and I now have it."

**Overall:** A very good experience and one which I would hope to continue with. In this world you get what you pay for, top dollar for a top job. Thankyou EC Pro.

**Pros:** I liked the fact that any cancellations, are recorded and where necessary, credited. Record keeping has been made more simple and I'm not forever chasing payments. Very labour saving in long run. Support team is second to none, absolutely superb.

**Cons:** Every single payment is recorded! (happy taxman) The most difficult part for me was getting my head around it and as some of the support team will testify, still haven't.

"booking system "

**Overall:** Customers love being able to book themselves in

**Pros:** booking availability for customers Late cancellation fees automatically charged Access to it at all timex

**Cons:** difficult to book in if people don't want to put card details in More inflexible than old style booking Had to drag myself into technology!!!
