The platform is incredibly user-friendly and intuitive, making it easy for both our team and our clients to navigate and use efficiently. One of the standout features of the Uku client portal is its robust functionality. From task management to client communication, everything is organized in one place, which has greatly improved our workflow and productivity. Initially, the program seemed a bit different and perhaps not so logical to use. However, the more I use it, the more logical it becomes. I've used other time management software/app, however it's family friendly and easy to learn design helps to get to know how it works easily. In case of a glitch, crush or system error (even shut down), Uku doesnt stop counting hours until you do so! **Cons:** At first I had an issue with canceling the task (hours). It was a bit confusing but when you do it once, its understandable and you dont come across that issue again.
