We provide services to several different countries and even more companies, so the accurate time management is very important for us. I would highly recommend for business looking to improve efficiency in time tracking and in invoicing. Pros The feature I appreciate the most is UKU reports, which allows me to easily collect the actual hours my team spends on tasks. This detailed reporting helps ensure transparency and accuracy when issuing invoices to clients. Also worth to mention, it is easily accessible. I usually tracking time via pc, but mobile access allows me to track time even on business trips. Cons I am using UKU for a year and I haven't noticed anything I wouldn't like. Uku was the answer to all our problems and it works for both the accountants and the management. We needed to get a company-wide overview of all our tasks - whether they’re in progress, completed or overdue. Before Uku, the accountants had this information themselves, but the managers couldn’t monitor the performance in real time. On the management side, we also needed to know how much time was really spent on different tasks to price services accordingly. Uku has helped us up our service quality, always deliver work on time and increase profitability. Pros It helped us get rid of guessing games, countless (and off sync) spreadsheets, forgetting, and chaos. Now we really know who’s working on what and when it’s due. We can prevent delays and be sure of our overall service quality. Cons Once you’re set up, there’s nothing I don’t like. I really feel it supports my day-to-day work, not the other way around. You have so many options to customize workflows and custom fields to add information that it suits anyone from a big bookkeeping company to a solo accountant. It’s great that you can add comments and other information to tasks and clients and store all relevant information centrally. Uku helps keep up with all the tasks without the mental clutter. I can be sure that tasks appear to my dashboard when it’s time to work on them. Also, it’s nice to get the “Nicely done!” message once you’ve completed all your tasks for the day. You can add a task with the Magic Button with just three clicks. This feature had some issues before, but now it works like clockwork. I've used other time management software/app, however it's family friendly and easy to learn design helps to get to know how it works easily. In case of a glitch, crush or system error (even shut down), Uku doesnt stop counting hours until you do so! Cons At first I had an issue with canceling the task (hours). It was a bit confusing but when you do it once, its understandable and you dont come across that issue again.
