Cannot imagine my work without UKU. Perfect for time management, planning and release of some space in memory (taxes, due dates, etc.) Pros Perfect tool for planning workflow, distribution of tasks within the team, coverage for vacation season. For irregular tasks there is very convenient way to keep to-do list. Cons It is challenging to set a recurrency for some tasks, for e.g every 15 days. Uku was the answer to all our problems and it works for both the accountants and the management. We needed to get a company-wide overview of all our tasks - whether they’re in progress, completed or overdue. Before Uku, the accountants had this information themselves, but the managers couldn’t monitor the performance in real time. On the management side, we also needed to know how much time was really spent on different tasks to price services accordingly. Uku has helped us up our service quality, always deliver work on time and increase profitability. Pros It helped us get rid of guessing games, countless (and off sync) spreadsheets, forgetting, and chaos. Now we really know who’s working on what and when it’s due. You can add a task with the Magic Button with just three clicks. This feature had some issues before, but now it works like clockwork. I've used other time management software/app, however it's family friendly and easy to learn design helps to get to know how it works easily. In case of a glitch, crush or system error (even shut down), Uku doesnt stop counting hours until you do so! Cons At first I had an issue with canceling the task (hours).
