Easy to register time spent on clients Fast and efficient customer support Cons No automatic customer integration between local ERP; we have to initiate update every time we onboard a new client. Pros I rely on Uku for managing clients, organizing workflows, and tracking time. The platform is straightforward and user-friendly. What I particularly appreciate is its flexibility — everything can be edited later if needed. For instance, if you forget to start the timer at the right moment, you can easily correct the time afterward, making daily tasks much easier to handle. Cons A small area that could be improved is that sometimes it’s slightly tricky to locate completed tasks in the calendar if you don’t remember the exact start date or deadline. Do not know a better task management software available in Estonia. Pros I really appreciate the new update where you can write comments on the task for other teammates to read- it makes teamwork much smoother and keeps everyone on the same page. Cons When I want to find an older task to reuse, i have to scroll through the calendar manually to locate it. It is rather easy to use, I can create repetitive tasks that will prevent me from forgetting any monthly/weekly tasks. Pros The feature I appreciate the most is UKU reports, which allows me to easily collect the actual hours my team spends on tasks. This detailed reporting helps ensure transparency and accuracy when issuing invoices to clients. Also worth to mention, it is easily accessible. I usually tracking time via pc, but mobile access allows me to track time even on business trips. Cons I am using UKU for a year and I haven't noticed anything I wouldn't like. Initially, the program seemed a bit different and perhaps not so logical to use. However, the more I use it, the more logical it becomes. I get a good overview of tasks and save a lot of my time with Uku. And program is easy to use. Pros Saves me a lot of time. You can plan all your tasks, make weekly, monthly and annually plans. Add automated tasks. One place for all information: client related information, tasks, templates, checklists etc. You can also add documents, make invoices. Helps measure time spent for each task or client and analyse effectiveness. Cons Nothing important to point out. At first I didn\`t know how to correctly change automated tasks (program sometimes created duplicated tasks in past) but client service helped me out. November 15, 2022 4.0 Pros Program is easy to use. Most important is to discribe all work tasks correctly. All due dates and all points and discriptions and all client contacts. It is easy to forward tasks to other coworkers. But for that all important datas of works have to be discribed and charted first. Cons System of using it comes in time. How to have better overview of all tasks and due dates and what is important to follow while filling in all first needed data.But it all comes in time while usuing. I really feel it supports my day-to-day work, not the other way around. You have so many options to customize workflows and custom fields to add information that it suits anyone from a big bookkeeping company to a solo accountant. It’s great that you can add comments and other information to tasks and clients and store all relevant information centrally. Uku helps keep up with all the tasks without the mental clutter. I can be sure that tasks appear to my dashboard when it’s time to work on them. Also, it’s nice to get the “Nicely done!” message once you’ve completed all your tasks for the day. Can be used in native language, simple structure, good user support. Cons The program freezes sometimes and I can't figure out if time is running or not.
