Setup is fully automated and the default settings are good for most basic projects. It became our main project management tool, it helps putting team members on the same page. The possibility to customise the hierarchy in the Gantt chart is a plus. Cons If the gantt chart is too big you may face UI glitches or app crash. Also, if you do not use your instance for a while, it will be deleted. It lacks a feature to archive old projects effectively.
