### "A decent task app"

December 27, 2021

4.0

It's a decent and stable to-do app, but I chose a dedicated GTD solution like Facile Things.

Pros

It has clear structure and and helps with GTD concepts like projects, categories (contexts). Additional advantage is that it's available on virtually all platforms (including Linux and Apple Watch).

Cons

Well, it doesn't have for me a unique selling point. It's so similar to all other to-do apps available on the market.

### "Great for personal and work use"

September 1, 2020

5.0

I have used Nozbe for 4 years and recommended it to the team at work. The app makes it easy to add task and mark progress at the construction site or at grocery store. I have set up and account for my wife and we track many common household tasks through Nozbe. At work it is very convenient to track many tasks. We have all ofthe projects set in Nozbe and we add them on daily basis. All the info is clearly visible - person responsible, date, category, importance. Our boss also makes use of it. It took some time for the whole team to be introduced to the app but now it is fairly streamlined. I have set up templates for new projects so we have common tasks already typed in. Notifications work well - you can mention someone to be sure he reads the comment in task. To sum up - Nozbe is very easy and simple tool but it has helped tremendously to keep track of many different task at our company. It equally useful at home and the app lets you use app on the run. I wholeheartedly recommend it to everyone who like his life organized.

Pros

\- mobile and desktop app with almost identical functionality - convenience - templates and categories filtering - good for personal tasks as well like shopping

Cons

\- Requires rigorous adding of tasks across the whole team - Large project require setting up filters, otherwise the screen becomes cluttered. This is easily done but requires time.

### "Nozbe Review"

April 7, 2022

3.0

Overall I do not recommend Nozbe if you are looking for project management software. There are much better options for a much more affordable price.

Pros

One of the few things I like about Nozbe is the collaboration between departments. It is very seamless to include other users in your projects.

Cons

What I least like about Nozbe is if you get tagged on a project, if you do not mark the project as important (by checking the star), it is sometimes impossible to go back and find the project. Because a lot of times, it's hard to remember what the notification pertained to, and finding it if you didn't mark it properly can be very challenging.

### "Productivity tool you need and deserve"

March 5, 2023

4.0

Really great! The app offers a variety of views, such as list view, calendar view, and a custom view, allowing users to choose the view that works best for them.

Pros

I like user interface, which is sleek, modern, and intuitive. Nozbe also integrates with various third-party apps, such as Dropbox, Google Drive, allowing users to easily access files and documents related to their tasks and projects.

Cons

No Offline Mode: Nozbe is a cloud-based tool, which means that it requires an internet connection to function. This may be a drawback for users who need to access their tasks and projects offline, such as when travelling or in areas with limited internet connectivity.

### "Best GTD friendly app"

October 17, 2020

5.0

It helps me organize my time and all daily tasks. As a freelancer I have lot of clients and sometimes it gets tough to schedule everything in right order to nail all daily goals and Nozbe is a great support in that.

Pros

Best Getting Things Done app as I know. The goal of this app was to make software that helps to get as much as possible from \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] method and it nailed it. Very user friendly interface, simple and easy to use. Support is very good, they answer very quickly and solved all problems that I've ever had. Right now paper calendar and this app is all I need to organize my work, schedule days and stay productive.

Cons

So far worst thing to me is that Nozbe doesn't support Windows Phone (which is actually common but as a user of old Nokia it still bothers me). I experienced problems with synchronization between platforms few times. It has some integrations with other software (Dropbox, Google Drive, Evernote) but it still lacks some like One Note.

### "Nozbe Was An Overkill For Me"

January 8, 2020

5.0

The Nozbe software allowed easy collaboration between team members, which might be the reason for its pricing. I personally did not need the collaboration feature and transitioned to a simpler solution to manage my productivity.

Pros

I liked that my Nozbe data was kept in the cloud and all my devices would quickly sync, assuring I was always using the latest information regardless of my device. Their customer support was excellent and very responsive.

Cons

Cost. I had been using Nozbe for several years because it was affordable. They had a program that for one annual subscription, you could add a 2nd user on your team for no additional charge. I added my son, so it was very cost-effective for us. This year, I did not renew the subscription because they increased their price by about 30%. For the relatively basic needs that I have, there were less costly alternatives.

### "Convenient but not very extensive tool"

July 17, 2021

4.0

If I was working alone, I would choose Nozbe. Because I work in a team - I chose a different solution.

Pros

Integration with many other tools. Simplicity and clean interface. Very convenient as a tool for working alone or in small teams.

Cons

Convenient tools for visualizing project statuses are a bit lacking in more complex activities. There is no free version for single nonprofit activities (but still cheap).

### "Helpful on the go"

September 18, 2020

5.0

With Nozbe I was able to track important task easily everywhere I went. It's important so that the interface is easy too use and quick as it is not that comfortable to enter tasks on the go - but Nozbe is great at that. Everything worked brilliant for a long time but today the mobile app logged me out on my phone and I didn't remember the password. I've had to call the office and it was annoying. But that happened only time and otherwise I'm very satisfied with Nozbe.

Pros

Being able to add task while on the meeting or while traveling - with ease. Intuitive interface. Overall streamlined way of using the app to save time, the app doesn't add much overhead work time.

Cons

Sometimes unreliable. Deleting comments leave a "comment deleted" field, which takes much space and there is not a lot of space for comments on tasks

August 10, 2021

4.0

Pros

Nozbe is very helpful in everyday to-do planning and monitoring progress. I strongly reccommend especially for people that like his life organized and well-planned. The software makes everything streamlined.

Cons

I found it hard to get to know Nozbe function for few first uses of application. Additionally the price is quite high when there are many users

### "Get Things Done"

April 14, 2020

5.0

Overall I had a great experience while using Nozbe.

Pros

This application helped me with the proper fundamentals for the GTD process. I really like how the application keeps evolving over time and is frequently updated.

Cons

No free option. I like the app but couldn't justify the price.

### "A great help for my team"

September 11, 2020

5.0

I have a small team of architects which lately expanded to 10 people. Keeping track of all the big and little tasks can harrowing and Nozbe helps me with that. Instead of writing hundreds of e-mails I just type the tasks to Nozbe and everything is set. My employees sets up projects and invite me to every one. If there is a need for my attention they will delegate the tasks to me. Apart from design projects with have projects for office supplies, company meetings and needs, commissions and marketing initiatives. A lot of our work consist of keeping track of little tasks and coordinating work of structure, HVAC and electrical designers. With Nozbe we have more time to focus on design and less on organizational work.

Pros

You can easily assign task to team members, set up new projects and invite users You can write to developers and get support almost immediately Multiple projects and task with multiple categories (custom ones can be created by user) Very simple, yet very effective.

Cons

With many users and many tasks you need to use filters to limit visible tasks. No way to mark conditions for completing a task - e. g. to complete task B, task A has to be marked as completed.

### "Requires too much work"

October 26, 2020

3.0

I was issued and account to keep projects and task in it. Within a month it was clear I have to much work to remember to tick off completed task and the pile kept mounting. Some common office projects were filled by my (and some other team members) completed tasks that were actually completed. I was told to tidy up and I did but after a couple of months the problem raised again. It's hard enough to keep youself organized and with a large team the problem multiplies. For me Nozbe just added overhead work of noting down tasks and subdividing them in smaller tasks. That's the idea but it didn't work for me, sorry.

Pros

Reminders about upcoming and overdue tasks. Simplicity of design.

Cons

Tasks get burried in a pile if you not tend the ones you completed and archive. There is little to distinguish the task between each other - little colored dot, little category icon, no way to tell how important the task is. How readable the task window is is dependent on how much work you put in it. There are free alternatives that can do almost all Nozbe can, though perhaps they are not that streamlined.

### "Best app based on GTD methodology"

November 8, 2020

5.0

I was using Nozbe for 3 years and it was really nice journey.

Pros

Have focus on GTD methodology. Simple design. Possibility to estimate each task, which then helps to plan your day accordingly.

Cons

Lack of improvements. No two-factor authentication. No calendar view - month planning is pretty tough.

### "Great tool with fantastic UI, but expensive"

Cons

Pricing, is a bit on the high side for me to be honest

### "Improves work habits"

October 10, 2020

5.0

Before Nozbe our office was kind of disorganized. We used email and MS Word notes to keep track of task. With Nozbe we have every task noted down in one place. It does take time to have everyting typed in but its only a bit more then writing it down. We had some problems implementing it - everyone has to adhere to this routine, but after a while it comes naturally. Nozbe changed our office dramatically.

Pros

build around GTD doctrine, several options to distinguish task from each other (color, categories, days, stars), you can track due dates and time required

Cons

Pricing can add up for individual licenses after a recent price change. Support recommends switching to Nozbe Teams but we didn't have time to look into it.

### "Helps with many assignments"

October 3, 2020

5.0

Our company has 6 seat purchased so I used a free trial for the time being. It allows me to take part in other projects but someone with a paid plan has to create new one and invite me. Tho software is adequate - I've been assigned to task, I've marked them completed when done. Its pretty straightforward and gets the job done.

Pros

Assignments from my boss and colleagues are easily visible and there are notifications send to my email. You can rearrange the order on the list and star or unstar entries so they are put into starred list (require attention, deadline is met).

Cons

Too many assignments can be visually overwhelming, there are little option to distinguish entries from each other.

### "Good but not groundbreaking "

November 2, 2020

4.0

Pros

Nozbe is geared towards adding and completing tasks quickly. The user interface look the same on all devices. It can integrate with Google Drive (or Onedrive, or Dropbox) to add files to taks. Task can be also synchronized with Google Calendar or Evernote.

Cons

Interface looks a bit like it was meant for tablets and phones first. It is basically a threaded task list, added functionality elevates it above Google Calendar with Google task but only barely. Combined with pricing it is not a very tempting offer. Nozbe own calendar view is almost unreadable with task for all members showing.

### "Project management made super easy!"

October 4, 2020

### "Underwhelming for larger projects"

September 21, 2020

4.0

I gave it a go and, while it is expertly made and very pleasant to use, I think Nozbe in itself lacks features to make it a single tool for project tracking.

Pros

Adding entries is quick and elegant. Overall the app inteface is glanceable and easy to learn. The app looks the same on mobile.

Cons

No advanced features other than filtering. In the end you need another way of project tracking and Nozbe only takes care of individual tasks. The pricing seems a bit too much for what it is.

### "Useful task tracking"

November 17, 2020

5.0

I use Nozbe to note down some repeating tasks and tasks with due date. It works great for home use like daily chores, shopping list and payments. I've tried to use it at work but it proved to be more work then benefits because of having to tick off all completed tasks which I don't have time to. I recommend sticking to home use.

Pros

Reminders about tasks and tasks with due date going automatically into starred category

Cons

Due tasks add app quickly and you need to clean up every week, otherwise too many tasks obscure the view and make work harder.
