It was easy to use and unlimited checking. Cons Slow speed, took 20 minutes for a web check. The UI Was buggy but they said they are working on updates. Customer service turned this from a useful tool to an absolute disaster. Pros It ran the reports I needed. That's about all I can say here. Cons Customer service is horrific. Seems to have one person that will only respond on Saturday. The portal says there's a free trial but there's no option in the site to cancel before or after the trial ends. The invoices page in my account always says there's no invoices available even though I've been charged 4 times. Getting support to send me a receipt has been a nightmare and will not verify that my account or subscription is canceled. No option to delete myself. Cons I cancelled the subscription but due to a technical issue on their website, it was not cancelled. Then my money was deducted and I cancelled it again. But even after deducting money for 1-month subscription, my subscription was gone after one Day and the invoice disappeared from their website. So now I have paid USD$44 but I have no subscription.
