Pros It is easy to use and we can create funnels using subscribing pages as landing pages with forms. Cons Must develop easy to use landing page. By now we need some HTML experience to overcome this. Allows us to customize marketing emails and track clicks and opens. Pros Relatively easy to use email software. Its tough to argue with 'free'! Cons There is a lot more to running an emailing system than editing the emails. This is not equivalent to a service like Constant Contact or mailchimp that will pay attention to blacklisting IP addresses. However, if you can figure out these issues for yourself, then the software is excellent at kicking out customized emails. For first time users it takes a bit to get used to UI but with some practice it will be quite easy to start sending your newsletters while using a vast amount of features.
