La disponibilidad y disposición del personal de VisualTrans en general han sido muy buenos y la relación con ellos inmejorable. La curva de aprendizaje de la aplicación es larga, pero una vez conseguida funciona muy bien. Las limitaciones de velneo hacen que la sensación que se tiene es de que es un programa obsoleto. No digo que lo sea, digo que es la sensación que se tiene. Pros El soporte al usuario es muy bueno. La parte de administración está muy por encima del resto de módulos. El trato humano es muy bueno. Cons Es un sistema demasiado rígido que te obliga a renunciar a muchas funcionalidades. Está programado en un lenguaje muy minoritario (velneo) lo que limita mucho las posibilidades y desarrollos. Hay desarrollos que parece que se hayan llevado a cabo con el criterio de programadores pero sin la ayuda de usuarios reales y eso lleva a que la usabilidad no sea la óptima desde nuestra óptica.
