Automatización, sencillez de uso y funcionalidades muy completas. Actualizaciones constantes del producto y buen soporte al usuario.

En general, bastante buena. Llevo más de 10 años con Anfix y en general mi experiencia ha sido bastante positiva.

Pros

La facilidad para la gestión de la contabilidad. Es una solución muy bien pensada para cubrir las necesidades de gestión financiera de una PYME. A diferencia de otros similares, es una solución integral bastante completa.

Cons

Hay algunos aspectos como la estabilidad de la plataforma que hay veces que falla. En mi caso la conexión con algunas Entidades Financieras que luego se resuelve Por otro lado, creo que el precio debería de ser más ajustado. Está en línea con soluciones similares pero quizás una mayor modularidad del precio ayudaría a mejorar este aspecto ya que hay funciones que no utilizo.

Anfix nos ha obligado a simplificar nuestro proceso de compra y venta. Pensábamos que sería imposible, pero ha sido posible. Hemos simplificado en un 90% nuestros proceso sin perder trazabilidad y control. Ahora cualquier profesional lo formamos en un par de horas y ya puede utilizarlo sin problemas. Hemos trabajado con muchos programas, especialmente personalizados y son una verdadera pesadilla. Con Anfix tenemos una solución estándar, robusta, en la nube, y muy eficiente.

Pros

El front end y la filosofía del programa. Anfix no es una compleja aplicación de tablas relacionadas, al menos, el usuario no tiene esa percepción. Las modificaciones solo afectan a futuros documentos, no los pasados. Se puede sacar un informe de pérdidas y ganancias ultra rápido. Anfix es un programa estandar y son fieles a esa filosofía, no customizan para clientes. Para nosotros esa es una de las grandes ventajas, porque es simple. Personalizar significaría complicarlo. Anfix obliga a repensar procesos y simplificarlos. Si en nuestro sector ha sido posible, lo es probablemente en muchos otros.

Cons

No se pueden personalizar la generación de informes y sería importante poder definir qué campos queremos exportar. Anfix tiene el foco en pymes y autónomos y menos en grandes empresas. La nuestra es una gran empresa y utilizamos el módulo stocks para tener trazabilidad entre compra y venta. Va súper bien, pero nos preocupa si es una prioridad en su plan de desarrollo. No comparten con los clientes cuál es su plan de negocio y sería bueno conocerlo para asegurar nuestra propia estabilidad.

Aporta llevar contabilidad sin saber contabilidad. Pero tiene muchos fallos. Y ahora han subido muchísimo los precios. Quizás interese más ver otras alternativas

Pros

Al final a lo largo de los años aprendes a usarlos y a "escapar" de los fallos que tiene el software. A todo te acostumbras pero hay software mejores y con menos fallos

Cons

El día que me venció el contrato sin previo aviso no me dejó entrar. Ni siquiera un aviso de que vencía la suscripción, no pude ni comprobar mis pagos al propio Anfix para verificar la fecha de la factura. Secuestro de todos los datos de mi empresa sin previo aviso. O pago o nada. Mucho cuidad con ir haciendo copias de seguridad en el caso de que quieras cambiar de software.

En general es buena.

Pros

Fácil, manejable y adaptable. recomendable para empezar y después ya decides si te conviene otro o si te quedas con ellos.

Cons

mas desarrollo de API´s para poder automatizar otras partes del proceso. Me consta que siempre estan mejorando.

Pros

Anfix has made it much easier to manage the business. Other software is complex and it is difficult to adapt to them, with Anfix keeping the accounting of the company becomes much more bearable.

Cons

Made of fewer functionalities than some other software I've tried, nothing serious, but I'll have to adapt to that part.

Durante la mayor parte del tiempo me hizo buena función para hacer unas pocas facturas pero al intentar exportar o compartir dichas facturas necesité que fuese más competo

Pros

El precio es mejor que el de otras plataformas, la atención al cliente también ha sido bastante eficaz.

Cons

Faltan funciones que tienen otras plataformas. Uno de los peores puntos es no poder ordenar las facturas por número de factura, ya que salen mezcladas las que se han hecho en la misma fecha sin ningún orden concreto. También falta versatilidad a la hora de editar los campos de las facturas

Lo empecé a usar muy ilusionado peor me echó para atrás a mi concretamente la parte de compras e inventarios que no venía incluido...

Pros

Lo mejor es el look and feel de la página y la aplicación, y la información que brinda a primera vista así como las configuraciones básicas del producto

Cons

Lo peor que tiene es que para cada funcionalidad sencilla hay que comprar un módulo más y más, debería llevar más funcionalidades incluidas

El diseó gráfico, la funcionalidad y la app móvil que es muy completa, y con facilidad para capturar los clientes los tickets y facturas.

Cons

Es muy poco fiable, hay constantes fallos, y terminas por no confiar en la aplicación, además las soluciones de las incidencias se eternizan.
