Es una solución muy bien pensada para cubrir las necesidades de gestión financiera de una PYME. A diferencia de otros similares, es una solución integral bastante completa. Cons Hay algunos aspectos como la estabilidad de la plataforma que hay veces que falla. En mi caso la conexión con algunas Entidades Financieras que luego se resuelve Por otro lado, creo que el precio debería de ser más ajustado. Está en línea con soluciones similares pero quizás una mayor modularidad del precio ayudaría a mejorar este aspecto ya que hay funciones que no utilizo. Pensábamos que sería imposible, pero ha sido posible. Hemos simplificado en un 90% nuestros proceso sin perder trazabilidad y control. Ahora cualquier profesional lo formamos en un par de horas y ya puede utilizarlo sin problemas. Hemos trabajado con muchos programas, especialmente personalizados y son una verdadera pesadilla. Con Anfix tenemos una solución estándar, robusta, en la nube, y muy eficiente. Pros El front end y la filosofía del programa. Anfix no es una compleja aplicación de tablas relacionadas, al menos, el usuario no tiene esa percepción. Las modificaciones solo afectan a futuros documentos, no los pasados. Se puede sacar un informe de pérdidas y ganancias ultra rápido. Anfix es un programa estandar y son fieles a esa filosofía, no customizan para clientes. Para nosotros esa es una de las grandes ventajas, porque es simple. Personalizar significaría complicarlo. Anfix obliga a repensar procesos y simplificarlos. Si en nuestro sector ha sido posible, lo es probablemente en muchos otros. Cons No se pueden personalizar la generación de informes y sería importante poder definir qué campos queremos exportar. Anfix tiene el foco en pymes y autónomos y menos en grandes empresas. La nuestra es una gran empresa y utilizamos el módulo stocks para tener trazabilidad entre compra y venta. Va súper bien, pero nos preocupa si es una prioridad en su plan de desarrollo. No comparten con los clientes cuál es su plan de negocio y sería bueno conocerlo para asegurar nuestra propia estabilidad. Ni siquiera un aviso de que vencía la suscripción, no pude ni comprobar mis pagos al propio Anfix para verificar la fecha de la factura. Secuestro de todos los datos de mi empresa sin previo aviso. Uno de los peores puntos es no poder ordenar las facturas por número de factura, ya que salen mezcladas las que se han hecho en la misma fecha sin ningún orden concreto.
