Pros
The format of the app itself is very easy to understand and use. I love that it is very simple to download and save after being created.
What i like about this software tge most is it ease of use, and the ability to easily integrate it to my existing solutions.
This happens to be one of my best software for form submission and wouldn't exhitate to recommend it to anyone. The ease and simplicity of its process is top notch.
My overall experience with forms.app has been outstanding. I haven’t had any issues with it and it works perfectly.
Cons
Missing links or drop down menu once you tap picture(with rules -show/hide). No prices range for basket option(from -to).
Customer support is some pathetic for its users.
So much to offer...it can be overwhelming. Somewhat confusing pricing options.
I am not sure I encountered any challenge, the few times I used the app.

"Amazing Software "
Overall: It's essential to me, I used it for collect the briefing informations from my clients.

"Not Perfect, But The Best Out There!"
Overall: My Agency uses forms.app for online registration of new and prospective recruits.
Pros: It has lots of features that can soothe any kind of usage, be it for private or company use, or for surveys or registration purposes, it works perfectly. Very flexible and highly customizable, yet retain its simplicity.
Cons: The payment method should be reviewed, while it is not high for those in countries like the U.S, it is an expensive one for most African Countries like Nigeria (my location), which $1 equates to N530. There is no room to share self-made forms as templates for others to use. There should be a social community accessible in the app.

Overall: I've not only had my business needs met with this app, but with nothing more then the FREE version - at that. There are many uses for software like this in business.
Pros: This software possess all the basics of form / survey building. Its features are perfect for small business use. The FREE option is a great value!! I use this for collecting email subscribers & delivering lead magnets.
Cons: It could use more modern design / customization options. I found that typeform, and jotform offer more customized design options. But other then that, no issues!

Overall: It's a oleasant experience over all I like the quality and liberty it provides.
Pros: It's animated forms and the multiple different features.
Cons: It's lack of animated forms and it's inablity to animate it ourselves without code

Overall: I started using the Forms.App when I was appointed to design and online survey to collect opinions from colleagues on social activities in workplace. I tried to use somme online form I was using previously but due to connexion issue I can't succeed. So I try a research on Google PlayStore and I found Forms.App
Pros: Forms.App is easy to use. You can designe your project or survey form even on your bed with your phone. You can get data and analysis at real time while users collecting data.
Cons: The Application don't allow to integrate table (with column and lines) in the survey, to facilitate collection of quantifiable data.

Overall: I have an online business so far the forms I have been creating are to see how my business is improving. How my products are becoming more popular or if they need more provenent . Also testing certain design skills
Pros: The format of the app itself is very easy to understand and use. I love that it is very simple to download and save after being created. I also like that you can use the url link to send it , or send as a document,pdf , ect. I like that the receiver can fill it out and I'll recieve it without any trouble .
Cons: There could be improvement with more fonts .
"My pleasant experience"
Overall: It was in general an enjoyable experience with a pleasant result for me.
Pros: The overall design of the product is very satisfying and it provides a unique touch for the project by offering the possibility to choose themes , colours and above all backgrounds effects. It was easy to use in many projects and very easy to integrate in existing business process.
Cons: One of the features to add is maybe a personalized video background and some tools to I had some problems accessing the generated results by the form and that was a bit discouraging but i managed to do it. I also had some difficulties at first in implementing multiple choice questions.

Pros: We are pleased to use this software for registration forms. It saves the trouble of using paper and we are notified once submissions happen

Pros: There is number of features are given in this software which is very usefull for making any exam form withless time. I most like to add file and add images in this software because of number of time what happen at the time of exam there will be no other option in front of student, means they think how to add any file or image in paper. But by this software it is very simple to add any document.
Cons: Option like matirx, I couldn't understand how to use this tool.

"Great Survey Tool"
Overall: I recommend this software to everyone, it is easy to use and solves a great deal of my problems.
Pros: I am the Sales Team Lead at WeCure. We send customer satisfaction surveys at the end of every treatment. It's fast and powerful and the free plan is very inclusive so I didn't need to buy a paid plan.
Cons: It's generally very good, nothing to complain about (Y)

Overall: It’s been great. I on it use it for fun with family and friends. For polls and votes on fun things. I would use it again and again.
Pros: It’s clean and customizable, very user friendly but complex too for the coder in me.
Cons: Sometimes the startup takes a while to load and you have to close the app in order for it to pen.

Overall: It has aided my functions as a supervisor and Digital Marketer in my company alot. The ease at which i use it even while on the road, when i receive my Director directives, i get a form ready instantly while walking just on my phone.
Pros: All it features are so easy to use and best for customization.
Cons: Make change of default email used to be easily changed and swap at intervals.
