Cons

Domiciliëring is een moeilijke materie. Je moet zelf ook de betaalmethode snappen.

Pros

Bonne intégration avec mon CRM et logiciel de gestion de facturation. Facilité de gestion de des mandats de domiciliation. Bon suivi également des paiements hors facturation avec intégration plate-forme de paiement

Gestion de relance ok mais malheureusement pas de gestion de pénalité de retard de paiement

Voor Twikey moesten we zeer veel manueel verwerken rond de SEPA-mandaten. Wij hadden nog mappen vol papieren mandaten. Deze zijn nu allemaal geïntegreerd in Twikey. Alles blijft mooi gearchiveerd en is makkelijk om te behandelen.

Pros

de maandelijkse upload van de inningen die moeten gebeuren gaan zeer vlot en de opvolging via de templates verlopen zeer goed. Nu nog een API opzetten tussen onze CRM en Twikey en het zal nog aangenamer worden!

Cons

Dan moet ik al zeer sterk gaan nadenken of er minpunten zijn aan Twikey. Ze verbeteren steeds de tool en je kan steeds aangeven wat voor jou gemakkelijker zou zijn dan houden ze hier ook rekening mee bij verder ontwikkelijkingen. als ik dan toch een minpunt moet geven dan is het dat als je er even niet in werkt je direct uitgelogd wordt maar dit is natuurlijk voor veiligheidsredenen... dus ja voor mijn geen min-punten

de mogelijkheden binnen het SEPA verhaal klonken als muziek in mijn oren omdat we voordien alles manueel deden en op een zeer ingewikkelde manier elke maand de inningen moesten doorsturen naar de bank en dan daarna ook de opvolging moesten doen, allemaal manueel.

Onze klanten verliezen geen tijd meer met het maken van een afspraak bij hun bankagent en zij ontvangen telkens een elektronisch bericht met de te innen bedragen.

Pros

Onze bestaande B2B-mandaten in Isabel werden makkelijk opgeladen in Twikey. Het aanmaken van nieuwe mandaten vergt niet veel tijd want je vertrekt van templates. Eénmaal het mandaat aangemaakt wordt het onmiddellijk doorgestuurd naar de betrokkene die het mandaat elektronisch kan goedkeuren. Automatische verzending naar de banken waardoor het binnen de kortste keren klaar is voor inning. Geen tijdverlies door afspraken bij de bank. De upload van de te innen bedragen is ook gebruiksvriendelijk.

Cons

Na anderhalf jaar ben ik nog steeds tevreden over onze gemaakte keuze.

We zijn gestart met de SDD flow, maar gradueel meer functionaliteiten van hun gaan gebruiken, zoals facturatie met online betaling. Support team is heel meedenkend en geeft correcte heldere feedback op vragen. Algemeen zeer tevreden van het pakket en dienstverlening. Samenwerken met een lokale speler is altijd een plus.

Pros

\- kwalitatief pakket met weinig tot geen issues - veel opties via API met goede documentatie - mogelijkheid tot opvragen afpuntingsbestanden - uitbreiding van functionaliteiten op regelmatige basis - mogelijkheid tot verschillende flows voor sub-brands - customisatie mogelijkheiden (bvb mail templates of acties bij gefaalde betalingen)

Cons

\- nog geen dashboards rond facturatieflow (staat op de roadmap)

Twikey is een prettige partij om mee samen te werken. Perfecte begeleiding tot het systeem goed geïmplementeerd is en iedereen er goed mee kan werken. Ook na de implementatie krijg je vlot antwoord op eventuele vragen, erg fijn.

Pros

De digitale afhandeling van de registratie incassomachtigingen gaat een stuk sneller dan voorheen. Het verzoek om de machtiging aan te maken stuur je makkelijk per (bijvoorbeeld) email naar een nieuwe relatie en is vlot afgehandeld. Professionele look & feel in de eigen huisstijl. Vervolgens kan je direct incasseren, geen papier rompslomp meer.

Cons

Het is een compleet pakket, maar voor ons is het belangrijkste een goede snelle afhandeling van de registratie incassomachtigingen. Onderdelen als (terugkerende) incasso opdrachten vanuit de Twikey omgeving versturen maken we geen gebruik van.

We hebben al twee keer een grote campagne gedaan met Twikey. De samenwerking ging heel vlot en jullie staan open voor verbetervoorstellen, aanpassingen en helpen waar nodig. Bedankt hiervoor!

Pros

de mogelijkheid om via de tool mails naar de klanten te sturen, op te volgen (reporting) en de nodige rappels/herinnering automatisch te versturen.

Cons

nadeel vind ik persoonlijk de lijsten/overzicht. als ik bv. alle klanten neem waarvoor we wachten op acceptatie van de crediteur, kan je niet van de ene klant naar de klanten makkelijk gaan (zoals bv. in je mailbox van outlook/hotmail staat er in een mail bovenaan een pijltje om door te klikken naar de volgende of vorige mail). Ook handig zou zijn om vanuit de klant automatisch een mail te sturen. We stellen bv. vast dat de klant het mandaat heeft opgeladen maar de handtekening van de klant ontbreekt. Dan zou het praktisch zijn als we vanuit Twikey een mailtje kunnen sturen naar de klant en hem dit melden. Nu dienen we dit nog via een gewone mail te doen. Chat functie met een medewerker/robot in twikey voor problemen/errors snel op te lossen.

As for the mails towards the customer, you can always send out reminder mails, and change the content of the mail as you want. For the moment we only give support via mail but we can discuss other possibilities via a specific Service Level Agreement.
