Wij hadden nog mappen vol papieren mandaten. Deze zijn nu allemaal geïntegreerd in Twikey. Alles blijft mooi gearchiveerd en is makkelijk om te behandelen. Pros de maandelijkse upload van de inningen die moeten gebeuren gaan zeer vlot en de opvolging via de templates verlopen zeer goed. Nu nog een API opzetten tussen onze CRM en Twikey en het zal nog aangenamer worden! Cons Dan moet ik al zeer sterk gaan nadenken of er minpunten zijn aan Twikey. Ze verbeteren steeds de tool en je kan steeds aangeven wat voor jou gemakkelijker zou zijn dan houden ze hier ook rekening mee bij verder ontwikkelijkingen. als ik dan toch een minpunt moet geven dan is het dat als je er even niet in werkt je direct uitgelogd wordt maar dit is natuurlijk voor veiligheidsredenen... dus ja voor mijn geen min-punten Reason for choosing Twikey de mogelijkheden binnen het SEPA verhaal klonken als muziek in mijn oren omdat we voordien alles manueel deden en op een zeer ingewikkelde manier elke maand de inningen moesten doorsturen naar de bank en dan daarna ook de opvolging moesten doen, allemaal manueel. De samenwerking ging heel vlot en jullie staan open voor verbetervoorstellen, aanpassingen en helpen waar nodig. Bedankt hiervoor! Pros de mogelijkheid om via de tool mails naar de klanten te sturen, op te volgen (reporting) en de nodige rappels/herinnering automatisch te versturen. Cons nadeel vind ik persoonlijk de lijsten/overzicht. als ik bv. alle klanten neem waarvoor we wachten op acceptatie van de crediteur, kan je niet van de ene klant naar de klanten makkelijk gaan (zoals bv. in je mailbox van outlook/hotmail staat er in een mail bovenaan een pijltje om door te klikken naar de volgende of vorige mail). Ook handig zou zijn om vanuit de klant automatisch een mail te sturen. We stellen bv. vast dat de klant het mandaat heeft opgeladen maar de handtekening van de klant ontbreekt. Dan zou het praktisch zijn als we vanuit Twikey een mailtje kunnen sturen naar de klant en hem dit melden. Nu dienen we dit nog via een gewone mail te doen. Chat functie met een medewerker/robot in twikey voor problemen/errors snel op te lossen. Terwijl we vroeger niet altijd zeker waren of de klant effectief het mandaat aan de bank bezorgd had. Pros Het belangrijkste voordeel van Twikey is dat het getekende mandaat automatisch naar de bank van de begunstigde gestuurd wordt. Waardoor we zeker zijn dat de domiciliëring goed geregistreerd staat. Voorlopig is dit enkel actief voor Belgische klanten. Tevens is er een koppeling met ons systeem voor debiteurenbeheer, waardoor we openstaande klanten makkelijk uitnodiging kunnen sturen om zich te registreren voor domiciliëring. Cons Geen nadelen. Wij gebruiken Twikey enkel als tool voor ons mandaatbeheer. Er worden dus geen transacties of betaallinks gegenereerd. December 23, 2021 5.0 Onze klanten verliezen geen tijd meer met het maken van een afspraak bij hun bankagent en zij ontvangen telkens een elektronisch bericht met de te innen bedragen. Pros Onze bestaande B2B-mandaten in Isabel werden makkelijk opgeladen in Twikey. Het aanmaken van nieuwe mandaten vergt niet veel tijd want je vertrekt van templates. Eénmaal het mandaat aangemaakt wordt het onmiddellijk doorgestuurd naar de betrokkene die het mandaat elektronisch kan goedkeuren. Automatische verzending naar de banken waardoor het binnen de kortste keren klaar is voor inning. Geen tijdverlies door afspraken bij de bank. De upload van de te innen bedragen is ook gebruiksvriendelijk. Cons Na anderhalf jaar ben ik nog steeds tevreden over onze gemaakte keuze. Na velen maanden van wanprestatie, afspraken niet nakomen, ontelbaar veel telefoontjes en e-mails alle diensten opgezegd en de samenwerking ontbonden. Tot de dag van vandaag krijgen we nog steeds facturen en herinneringen die volledig ongegrond zijn. Van enige vorm van communicatie is er niet te spreken. Twikey is onbereikbaar en reageert nooit op e-mails of telefoontjes. Bespaar jezelf een hoop problemen en kopzorgen en doe geen zaken met deze partij. Je krijgt er gegarandeerd spijt van. Pros Er is echt niks positiefs over dit bedrijf te vertellen. Cons Er is letterlijk niks goeds over te zeggen. The expectations of this customer were indeed not met but this is purely related to late realisation of this customer that he needed something else and expected really another type of assistance including technical implementation & consultancy which we usually don't do. All our efforts of setup were already done at that moment including numerous follow-up calls from our teams and that's why we decided to invoice at least that effort. All other things were credited. Het Twikey team speelt heel kort op de bal bij vragen / problemen. Cons Je hangt af van de banken waar ze al dan niet al een deal mee hebben om een volledige integratie te kunnen bouwen. In het begin was dat wel een issue. Maar het aantal bank waar ze ondertussen mee integreren is ondertussen zo groot dat je dit nu nog een issue kan noemen. Reason for choosing Twikey Aan het kiezen van een betaalplatform is een ruime marktstudie voorafgegaan. De belangrijkste criteria waren eenvoud naar integratie, gebruiksgemak voor de eindklant en kostprijs. Twikey scoorde best op integratie en kosten en werd met een halve bandlengte geklopt op gebruiksgemak. Was dus een no-brainer om voor Twikey te kiezen. Pros De digitale afhandeling van de registratie incassomachtigingen gaat een stuk sneller dan voorheen. Het verzoek om de machtiging aan te maken stuur je makkelijk per (bijvoorbeeld) email naar een nieuwe relatie en is vlot afgehandeld. Professionele look & feel in de eigen huisstijl. Vervolgens kan je direct incasseren, geen papier rompslomp meer. Cons Het is een compleet pakket, maar voor ons is het belangrijkste een goede snelle afhandeling van de registratie incassomachtigingen. During the onboarding we really go in detail in the requirements of our customers. We do this before starting all other efforts unless otherwise agreed. If at that moment, there is a clear mismatch and as Twikey we realize that we are not able to meet the requirements of our customer we don't continue and don't start-up the contract.
