La experiencia general ha sido muy positiva. Avirato nos ha permitido optimizar la gestión diaria del alojamiento y tener todo centralizado en una sola plataforma. Más allá del software, destacamos el trato cercano y la rapidez del soporte, algo fundamental cuando trabajas con herramientas clave para el negocio. Es una solución estable, en constante mejora y con un equipo que realmente acompaña al cliente.

Pros

La cercanía y el soporte humano marcan la diferencia. A diferencia de otros softwares, en Avirato tienes contacto directo con el equipo cuando lo necesitas, no solo tickets automáticos. Además, es una herramienta muy completa: centraliza reservas, facturación y comunicación con clientes, con una buena sincronización con los principales canales. También valoramos mucho la formación y el acompañamiento continuo.

Cons

Nada, estoy muy contento con ellos. Si tuviera que decir algo tal vez sería el precio pero aun así merece la pena.

Pros

Llevamos varios meses trabajando con Avirato y la experiencia ha sido excelente. Todo el sistema es muy intuitivo y nos ha permitido centralizar las reservas, la facturación y la comunicación con los clientes en un solo lugar. La sincronización con Booking y otras plataformas funciona a la perfección, lo que nos da mucha tranquilidad y evita errores. Además, el motor de reservas propio nos está generando más ventas directas desde la web, algo que antes era impensable. El servicio de atención al cliente es rápido y eficaz, siempre atentos a resolver cualquier duda. Sin duda, una herramienta muy completa que nos ha facilitado muchísimo la gestión diaria del alojamiento

Cons

Me gusta todo, no tengo ninguna pega. Lo único que nos costó un poco al principio fue adaptarnos a todas las funciones porque es un sistema muy completo, pero en pocos días ya lo manejábamos. En general, una herramienta excelente que ha hecho la gestión del alojamiento mucho más fácil.

Excelente software para todo tipo de alojamientos con todo lo necesario para hacer fáciles las funciones del día a día, ahorrando muchísimo tiempo y evitando los posibles errores humanos. Tiene un channel manager con integración con las principales agencias de ventas online, motor de reservas personalizable que te ayuda a aumentar tu venta directa, diseño web, PMS con funcionalidades avanzadas como check in online, registro de viajeros, campañas de email... y todo ello con una excelente atención al cliente, tanto desde soporte como de cada uno de los departamentos con lo que he mantenido contacto. Bajo mi experiencia con distintos programas, de lo mejor del mercado. ¡100% recomendable sin ninguna duda!

Pros

Facilidad de uso, integración con muchas agencias, gestión integral, integración con distintas plataformas y su equipo humano en sus distintos departamentos (on boarding, soporte, calidad, diseño...)

Cons

Nada, estoy muy contento con todo y no hay nada que no me guste. Actualizan la aplicación constantemente, lo que permite seguir estando al día.
