Pros Conocer los diferentes departamentos de la empresa donde trabajo me ha llevado a conocer este sistema de facturación y comunicación personalizada con los clientes, aunque se trate de una actividad masiva. La facturación se me hace más versátil porque me permite desarrollar el perfil de mis clientes, a los que también hago seguimiento en sus actividades vinculadas con sus inversiones de acuerdo a planes de pensiones. De esta manera logramos tener una experiencia general positiva con los clientes, sin importar que sean muchos clientes con pequeño y mediano impacto, porque la facturación masiva ya es posible sin dolores de cabeza. Pros Una de las funciones del software que uso con frecuencia tiene que ver con el historial de los clientes cuando usamos control + f4 se puede mirar el rastro de la venta a los clientes. Nos relacionamos de manera específica con cada cliente, porque los artículos tienen condiciones y precios diferenciados de acuerdo a la normativa ambiental que estemos trabajando. Los artículos son diferenciados y también tenemos la opción de la tienda, con lo que se hace muy fácil conocer el stock. La experiencia del trabajo con un buen inventario y su dedarrollo es un antes y un después si lo comparo con los trabajos pasados donde no teníamos este software. Pros La facilidad con que me relaciono con el estatus de todos los productos que se distribuyen en cada uno de los transportes, de acuerdo a las necesidades de los clientes. El inventario nos permite hacer una mejor planificación de todas las unidades de negocio y su distribución. La agrupación de familias de productos se me hace muy intuitivo. Cons No tengo algo que me haya gustado menos. La verdad es que hasta los informes de rentabilidad son muy fáciles de tener y de imprimir. En realidad mi experiencia es bastante satisfactoria porque me alivia mucho en el aprovechamiento del tiempo y de la actividad de la empresa. Pros Lo que más me ha gustado es la cantidad de posibilidades que me ofrece el software, incluso la configuración de las copias de seguridad de toda mi gestión. Me parece importante la adaptación del programa al catalán, porque muchos de los clientes que manejamos los atendemos de manera exclusiva. Lo automatizado parece y luce personalizado y esto es un plus para mi actividad. Cons Lo que menos me gusta es la interfaz de trabajo, creo que se puede mejorar el look del software sobre todo para las personas que somos más visuales, y para los que trabajamos con equipos de personas más jóvenes, para guiarlos mejor con posibilidades de cambios de imagen. Mi experiencia ha sido innovadora y de auxilio en un área en la que no soy experta. Porque yo soy experta es en mis temas educativos, pero con este software completo mi ciclo de emprendimiento. Pros La posibilidad de cambiar la palabra albarán por remisión me permite mantener una relación más cercana con mis clientes de mentorías por internet. Para el emprendimiento se me hace imprescindible y con menos dolores de cabeza el gran proceso de la facturación, para también mantener el aspecto de la contabilidad al día y así optar por diversos tipos de subvenciones que están vigentes para el área de la educación. La interfaz me parece que es bastante amable y la gestión documental me ayuda con esto, con la mecanización de la facturación y la configuración del escáner con mi unidad de red. Mi facturación es cada vez más eficiente y también me permite atender a mis clientes en otras áreas geográficas con el cambio de idioma, a los clientes catalanes se les atiende de manera personalizada de estas maneras que nos ofrece la experiencia con Factusol. Pros Estoy contenta con Factusol porque me agiliza demasiado toda la creación del perfil y carpeta de cada nueva empresa. El registro es tan inmediato que me agiliza mucho la posibilidad de conexión con todas las instituciones públicas donde ya figura el registro de la empresa. La creación y envío de albaranes últimamente está siendo más eficaz también. Últimamente estoy usando las facturas rectificativas. Cons Todo me gusta en realidad. Es un software muy completo y hemos tenido algunas formaciones para poder usar todas las posibilidades que me ofrece el programa. Ha mejorado mucho la dinámica de acción en mi labor y en mi relación con los clientes. Pros La cantidad de campos que me ofrece el software para la adaptación de gestión de cada empresa, o de cada departamento de la empresa. Esto me permite realizar la formación del personal de manera más específica posible y otorgando más autonomía a los equipos. También en la manera ágil de crear nuevos clientes, en el caso de incluir sociedades, ya que mantiene el acceso a los datos fiscales de manera eficaz. El manejo de las nueve series permite un gran rango de acción. La optimización es impresionante. Pros La cantidad de opciones que presenta el software para el control de existencia de productos y la cantidad de opciones que me ofrece la vinculación de factusol con la tienda online de la empresa. Cada opción me permite una mejor configuración para el mejor manejo de los datos.
