Muy satisfactoria desde el primer momento ya que la plataforma es intuitiva y eso me permitió, sin conocer muchas cosas, trabajar la búsquedas desde el primer momento.

Pros

La posibilidad de tener toda la información del proceso de reclutamiento y selección en un solo lugar y que eso me permita tener métricas.

Cons

Una cosa que me gustaría es que cuando invito a un postulante a través del calendario, me llegue la notificación cuando la persona confirma la entrevista.

La experiencia en general es positiva, es fácil de usar, tiene alcance con distintas redes de reclutamiento. Permite el seguimiento efectivo de los postulantes y su registro.

Pros

Una vez que se aprende a usar, es fácil de publicar, reclutar y seleccionar a los(as) postulantes. La posibilidad de tener ayuda al instante es tremendamente positivo. También, la conexión con otras plataformas de reclutamiento favorece la cantidad de postulantes que se reciben por vacante.

Cons

Cuando los(as) candidatos(as) postulan a más de una vacante, quedan alojados en la sección Leads, lo que dificulta la revisión de los candidatos(as)

I recommend it. The support team is the best.

Pros

For HR consultants it is very good, because in one link you can send all the information about the candidate, even including a video interview.

Cons

Every time we asked for customisation, it was not possible. We always entered in the backlog in the development area.

Because it is a national product, invoiced in pesos with a good price-product ratio.

Es positiva. Creo que los últimos años fueron mejorando mucho, pero esperaría que por la escala del producto, generen mayor grado de innovación

Pros

No requiere de implementación El equipo de customer support es realmente muy rápido en su respuesta, precisos en la información dada y resuelven el problema. Inclusive hacen seguimiento si uno no respondió. Supera ampliamente cualquier servicio de customer support que uso.

Cons

Los ejecutivos de cuenta no muestran un interés o preocupación por las necesidades de la cuenta, como si lo hace el equipo de Customer Support. El feature de IA, que marca los perfiles que matchean con la posición buscada no funciona bien y marca a casi todos los candidatos, pocas veces acertando realmente el perfil.
