The flexibility, responsive support, and willingness to improve have made it a great fit for our school. The few cons we've encountered are very minor and don't take away from how well the system works for us. I'd recommend DreamClass without hesitation. Pros One of the biggest things I appreciate most about DreamClass is how flexible the software is. Every school has its own quirks and workflows, and rather than forcing us into a rigid system, DreamClass has consistently been able to fit how we actually operate. The customer service has also stood out. Whenever we've had questions or run into something that didn't quite work the way we needed it to, their team has been quick to respond, often setting up a 1:1 video call so we could walk through the issue together in real time. That kind of personal attention made it easy to explain exactly what we needed and figure out the best way to get there. What really sets DreamClass apart, though, is their openness to improvement. If the current setup doesn't fully address something on our end, they don't just shrug it off; they genuinely explore ways to evolve the platform to meet our needs. That kind of responsiveness and willingness to grow with us has made DreamClass feel less like a vendor and more like a partner in how our school operates. Overall, I'd recommend DreamClass to any school looking for a system that's flexible, well-supported, and genuinely invested in getting better over time. Cons The initial setup of DreamClass does take some time. That said, this is largely a trade-off for the flexibility, because the system is built to accommodate so many different needs, getting everything configured properly upfront takes a bit more effort than a more "one-size-fits-all" platform might. I'd also say that while DreamClass is constantly improving and updating their system (which is great), their Knowledge Base doesn't always keep pace with those changes. There are times when an article walks you through a process, but the steps no longer quite match what you see in the current version of the system. The software is an all-rounder where school admin, teachers, and parents can seamlessly collaborate with each other. The tool is excellent, especially for managing classes, schedules, and invoices to parents. The invoice tracking (automatic if we choose card payments) and bulk notification features are game changers for us. The automatic tracking of teaching staff hours is incredibly useful – the number of hours and payment details are automatically calculated by DreamClass, saving us significant time and effort. What I appreciate most is that DreamClass keeps constantly improving and releasing new features, which shows their commitment to staying current with school management needs. We have had two teacher onboarding meetings and all my team responded really positively. Pros I love the user interface and ease of functionality. The value for the cost of the product is great. I think the best part is the customer onboarding process and support you receive as a new customer. Lida has been absolutely amazing! Cons There is not much I do not like about DreamClass. We are still getting familiar with the product but if there is something missing Lida always asks if there are ways to make improvements that would help our school. Anytime I have had any issues, customer support has been super helpful! They have such a quick response time, despite the time difference in our two areas. In the beginning, we had a few hiccups with forms and attendance, but support has been very quick to respond via email or zoom to get the issues resolved! No question is too big or small for them! The support team also reaches out periodically to check in and make sure everything is still running smooth on our end. Pros DreamClass is user friendly! I like the gradebook section best. It was very easy for my team to adjust to that part of the system! Cons Not really dislike - but the biggest adjustment has been communication via email. As an administrator, I have found it to be an indispensable tool that simplifies the complexities of managing a school. From admissions to attendance tracking, the software encompasses all the features necessary for effective school management. After demoing and using dozens of the alternative options out there for SIS's and school management (including in depth experience with one of the biggest names in the field), this was by far the best. Additionally we found the software to be extremely intuitive and very easy to navigate and use. The standout aspect of DreamClass is undoubtedly its outstanding customer service.
