Sistemas Retail ### "Sin lugar a dudas, el mejor punto de venta para quienes no requieran todavía un ERP" 5.0 Overall Rating 5.0 5.0 Ease of Use 5.0 5.0 Features 5.0 5.0 Customer Service 5.0 5.0 Likelihood to Recommend 10/10 May 11, 2023 Muy buena, ningún cliente se ha quejado y siguen utilizándolo ya por años, algunos (la mayoría) renuevan su licencia cada año sin problema, porque saben la importancia de un buen soporte en caso de necesitarse, otros no, y el desarrollador no los obliga a renovar, a menos que requieran soporte, pero sus condiciones son muy claras, pueden usar el software de por vida, sin derecho a actualizaciones ni soporte, pero si se requiere pues se ponen al corriente y listo. Pros Su facilidad de uso e instalación, no es tan complicado y rápidamente casi cualquier usuario puede sacarle provecho. Las contantes mejoras de cada versión e integraciones nuevas y, sobre todo, la rápida atención de soporte (en horas hábiles) para resolver problemas si es que se llegan a presentar. Cons En ocasiones (raras) las cajas clientes pierden conexión con la caja principal, pero podría ser más bien un problema de red más que del propio software.
