tolle und kompetente Lösung; einfach in der Handhabung

Pros

ACD-Lösung ist sehr einfach in der Handhabung, sowohl für Agents als auch für Admins; Kundenbetreuung wird bei VIER groß geschrieben, sehr enge und kompetente Abstimmung

Cons

Statistikabruf wenig intuitiv; wir behelfen uns allerdings inzwischen über den Zukauf der Rohdaten, mit welchen wir die Auswertungen in unserem eigenen BI-System umsetzen können
