Somit deckt die Software sehr viele unterschiedliche Anforderungen ab. Für die Einrichtung der Software ist es hilfreich, wenn konkrete Vorstellungen des Kunden formuliert werden können. Wenn die komplexe Struktur verinnerlicht wurde, ist die Bedienung intuitiv. Viele Einstellung können selbständig getätigt werden und sind somit jederzeit änderbar.Viele Kunden können viel damit machen. Cons Die komplexe Struktur ist nicht auf den ersten Blick zu erlernen, sondern erfordert eine zeitintensive Einarbeitung. Dies ist allerdings auch der Tatsache geschuldet, dass sie so vielfältig ist. Für jede Fragestellung und Problematik gibt es mindestens 3 mögliche Lösungen. Cons Gab es nichts, für uns funktioniert die Software gut. "Geht nicht" gibt es (fast) nicht. Pros Sehr wichtig finde ich die individuelle Anpassbarkeit an unsere Laborprozesse. Wir haben für verschiedene Fragestellungen eigene LDBs implementiert, die jeweils maßangepasst den Laborprozess von der Probenanlage bis zur Abrechnung begleiten. Gleichzeitig sind wir mit der LDB was Geräteanbindung oder Anbindungen für Daten- und Ergebnisaustausch von und zu Kunden angeht eigentlich für jede Schnittstellenart gut aufgestellt, was den Digitalisierungsprozess an vielen Stellen sehr erleichtert. Cons Manchmal kommt es zu Verzögerungen bei der Umsetzung von besprochenen Weiterentwicklungen, grundsätzlich ist der Support aber gut.Weniger durch die Software selber, sondern eher durch die Nutzung bei uns im Hause begründet: Bei uns gab es über Jahre keine feste Zuständigkeit für die Software Weiterentwicklung. Mit dem Ergebnis, dass bei vielen Entwicklungen für Einzelproblemlösungen der Gesamtprozess nicht mit betrachtet wurde und wir heute in den ältesten LDBs eine Grundstruktur an einigen Stellen erst einmal aufbauen müssen, um beispielsweise die Möglichkeiten von SQL Auswertungen nutzen zu können. Wie viel Potenzial in einer optimal aufgebauten LDB steckt, haben wir in unseren jüngsten Software Versionen erlebt. Allen Neukunden kann ich deshalb nur empfehlen, direkt von Beginn an Zuständigkeiten mit Blick für Laborabläufe und Datenbankstrukturen festzulegen. Tiefere Programmierkenntnisse sind dafür nicht unbedingt notwendig.
