Pros

Neue Rezeptionsmitarbeiter finden sich sehr schnell zurecht. Wenn man mal weiß, wie es geht, ist es einfach nur super. Die Hotelsoftware hat all unsere Wünsche erfüllt. Wir wurden von Anfang an sehr nett betreut und die offenen Fragen wurden immer sehr schnell geklärt. Wir haben uns davor viele andere Systeme angeschaut, die sehr viel teurer waren und wir sind wirklich überrascht, dass die hotline Hotelsoftware wirklich alles kann, was wir uns wünschen. Zusätzlich haben wir dann noch ein paar Zusatzmodule und Schnittstellen mit gekauft und sind super glücklich damit. Auch den Support erreicht man immer sofort und alle sind sehr hilfsbereit und nett.

Cons

Eigentlich fällt mir da jetzt nichts ein. Vielleicht kann man die Optik irgendwann mal etwas aufhübschen, aber alles funktioniert und wir mögen die Ansicht.

In the beginning it took a long time to find and set the relevant points in the system. The support team helps you very well through all settings and does not let you down. I am always amazed that there is already a function somewhere in the system for all requests. That certainly makes the long experience, always exciting. Finding it on its own is not easy and I would not recommend it. But the regular trainings and intensive support in the initial phase help very well.

Pros

You will find all important functions you need in a hotelsystem. Systems is long time on the market so they collect a lot of knowhow.

Cons

Software is programmed for a big range of clients, so it takes little bit longer to realise individuell wishes and system is very complex. But support helps fast and is really competent.

Reasons for choosing hotline

Price and performance is perfect and I like the famiy environment.
