Pros This is the best tool in data reporting. I have used multiple tools but I have not seen any other ATS being so data-driven and have such detail reports for everything. The tool helps to do all my work with just 1 click. Cons I do not have anything to add here. You have everything that a startup needs. Initially we were bit skeptical about the cost. However recently when we evaluated the hiring costs before using the tool and post using it for 6 months, it was very clear that we had saved over 20 lakhs in hiring costs. So far we are very happy with the tool. Pros Only product we have come across that proves to be so useful for our weekly drives. Coordinators block the Interviewer calendar directly from the tool. Interviewer shares feedback directly in the tool through own login. We can see drive no shows, candidates who accepted the interview invite and didn't come. Also, what my Recruiters really like is that now they can see which source gives them the largest numbers of hires. We stopped wasting money on different social media and job boards because we saw in our reports that hiring didn't come through any of them. Cons hmm...we are yet to discover that.
