I would definitely not work with this.

Pros

It worked (I think) for a while. I never had to use it in a pinch.

Cons

Eventually, the software reported an error and would not work

Mediocre

Pros

Good UI, easy to understand. Simple to set up and schedule. Ran reliably, but backups were less than stellar for our purpose.

Cons

Had trouble with reliable backups to a NAS. We need 100% reliable bare metal recovery and this failed us a couple of times. Also, hard to retrieve individual files compared to other options on the market.
