Webdox has transformed the way we manage contracts — from creation to signature — providing transparency, speed, and measurable results. It has become a key enabler of our digital transformation in legal and commercial processes.

Pros

As IT Architecture Coordinator at Grupo Centenario, I have noticed that Webdox greatly improved our control over deadlines and contract compliance. The integration of electronic signatures made the approval process faster, more secure and fully traceable. We were also able to measure SLAs and identify bottlenecks, which helped us optimize performance and accountability.

Cons

It could improve by enabling automatic keyword registration at the close of each process, as well as offering more granular control over permissions for internal users, external collaborators, and access to the repository.

Hoy el área legal es un aliado del negocio, impulsando la eficiencia y reduciendo riesgos.

La posibilidad de contar con una plataforma única para la gestión de contratos, eliminando la dispersión entre múltiples herramientas. Trazabilidad completa en los procesos, lo que permite tomar decisiones basadas en datos reales. Adopción cultural: posiciona el área legal como un facilitador del negocio, no como un stopper. Yhe user interface and the facility to find the documents made with the massive generation, also the ease for the employees on the document signing and the whole process.

Cons

Some program mistakes as the signature not to be found in some contracts, meaning to the actual drawing of the signature.

My overall experience with Webdox has been excellent. It has completely transformed how we manage contract negotiations and processes, making analysis much faster and allowing us to get instant answers through its Brain Companion AI tool.

Pros

For me, the best thing about Webdox is its ability to adapt different workflows to the organization’s needs, ensuring that the legal team’s work stays aligned with the company’s dynamics and promotes active participation from other areas.

Cons

Maybe the requests interface could be more user-friendly and easier to navigate. Sometimes I’ve had trouble tracking older requests.

I use Webdox as an administrator, and I’ve had to learn several features, but fortunately, the platform is user-friendly, and the support team helps me whenever I need it. I really like this platform.

Pros

It helps me organize all the documents and their expiration notifications in a clear and easy way. We use Webdox to manage all of our documents, not just contracts. Additionally, I like that it’s user-friendly, and I can send documents for signature easily.

Cons

I would like that when you download the data, you don’t have to go into each folder. For example, if I need data from the Clients folder, I have to download one for foreign clients and another for national clients.

Llevamos más de un año utilizando Webdox CLM en mi organización y ha sido una mejora sustancial en la forma en que gestionamos nuestros contratos. Antes teníamos procesos dispersos en correos y carpetas compartidas, lo que generaba demoras y poca visibilidad del estado de los documentos. Con Webdox pudimos centralizar todo el ciclo de vida contractual, desde la solicitud y redacción hasta la aprobación y firma electrónica. Lo que más destaco es la facilidad para configurar flujos de aprobación personalizados según el tipo de contrato y área responsable. Además, el módulo de reportes nos ha permitido tener una trazabilidad completa y detectar cuellos de botella en los procesos legales

Pros

Lo que más me ha gustado de Webdox es la facilidad para centralizar todo el proceso de gestión contractual en una sola plataforma. Permite tener visibilidad completa del estado de cada documento, con trazabilidad de versiones, comentarios y aprobaciones. Además, su interfaz es intuitiva y facilita la adopción incluso para equipos no legales.

Cons

Aún faltan algunas funcionalidades que podrían facilitar el orden sistemático de los documentos, como la posibilidad de renombrar automáticamente los archivos según etiquetas o campos definidos (por ejemplo, nombre del proyecto o tipo de contrato). Sería una mejora muy útil para mantener una nomenclatura más estandarizada y agilizar la búsqueda posterior.

Minha experiência geral com o Webdox tem sido bastante positiva. A plataforma se mostrou confiável, intuitiva e adaptável às necessidades do negócio, facilitando significativamente a gestão de contratos e o acompanhamento de todo o seu ciclo de vida aqui na Vigor. Ganhamos em produtividade, redução de SLA e controle de maneira geral.

Pros

O Webdox apresenta um desempenho robusto e confiável em todos os aspectos essenciais para a gestão eficiente do ciclo de vida contratual. Ele tem nos ajudado aqui na Vigor em nossa jornada de contratação; O sistema adota padrões elevados de segurança da informação, com autenticação multifator e acesso via SSO. Essas medidas garantem a integridade e a confidencialidade dos documentos e dados contratuais, reduzindo significativamente os riscos de acesso não autorizado ou perda de informações sensíveis. Além disso, conseguimos segregar as informações e documentos por diretorias. Outro ponto muito importante e que valorizamos muito por aqui é a sua capacidade de customização. É possível adaptar fluxos de aprovação, relatórios e notificações automáticas conforme as necessidades específicas de cada documento (contratos e procurações. Além disso, desenhamos diversos fluxos específicos e inserção de minutas padrão. Essa característica torna o Webdox um sistema muito maleável e o time de suporte é sempre muito receptivo para ajustes e contribuições. Por fim, mas não menos importante, a interface do usuário é intuitiva e bem organizada, facilitando a adoção por profissionais de diferentes áreas, mesmo sem treinamento técnico avançado. A navegação é fluida e os recursos são apresentados de forma clara, o que contribui para reduzir o tempo de onboarding e aumentar a produtividade dos usuários, especialmente daqueles que não são advogados e dos nossos diretores.

Cons

Estabilidade: O Webdox eventualmente apresenta certa instabilidade operacional, ora rodando de forma lenta e, mais raramente, não sendo acessível.

Foi excelente a minha experiência desde a contratação, a implementação e o suporte. Todas as dúvidas foram sanadas, as necessidades estão sendo atendidas no decorrer do uso, bem como os profissionais envolvidos têm muita capacidade e experiência para lidar com o público.

Pros

Ferramenta muito intuitiva, de uso geral, não apenas funcional para o time jurídico, mas também para as demais áreas. Fácil e rápido de aprender a usar.

Cons

Ainda possuem muitas ferramentas manuais, no qual precisamos ter retrabalho nas funções (para cada minuta, temos que vincular novos formulários de solicitação e vinculá-lo ao mesmo fluxo), bem como muitas restrições de uso para os usuários que não são os administradores. Exemplificando: enfrentamos dificuldades dos usuários operadores para cancelar fluxos iniciados). O ideal seria ampliar os poderes dos operadores, pois são estes que utilizam mais a ferramenta no dia a dia.
