It would be a nightmare trying to pull all of the reports myself from SAP. Pros One feature I most took advantage of during my time using it was exporting various reports to use for company KPI meetings, staying on targets and working toward goals, and managing incoming orders from vendors. The dashboards that we were able to produce using the metrics made available on the LeanDNA website enhanced our reporting procedures and did not require extensive training on how to use the software due to its clean interface. Cons One thing that I wish LeanDNA had (and if it is an option, maybe an easier way to do it) is the ability to use PowerBI to create live dashboards that could be made based on the data cycling through LeanDNA that would automatically refresh when new data was updated through the backend. This way, a live dashboard could be presented to internal or external stakeholders and would not require you to log into LeanDNA or export a new report. Review Source TB Thomas B. I'm constantly using it whether it's for current orders, future orders or even to look at my historical orders. Pros It helps me manage my orders and flags when I have any changes that should be made. I run this in tandem with my ERP system to as a way to cross reference each other to ensure order accuracy. Pros I like Lean DNA as it is an easy platform to work from, I also work in Exostar on BOOTS but Lean Dna is more efficient to work with, It has a lot of simularities to the ROP platform as well. Pros Compiling ERP data in one area with easy to use/export reports. Also, the ability to have inventory optimization suggestions as far as PO actions and safety stock numbers. Supplier Workbench has also saved tons of time with communicated needs and receiving commit dates from vendors. Our implementation team completed actions in a timely manner and our implementation went very smoothly. They spent a significant amount of time with us teaching and showing us the various tools and features of the system. The system itself has so many features and tools...the possibilities are endless!! Pros LeanDNA is a very user friendly tool, easy to navigate. It's awesome that you can select the widgets that are the most meaningful to your organization. The measurement tools within LeanDNA are great to see trends and know that the actions you are taking are resulting in improved performance. Pros It takes the raw data from our ERP system and puts it in a more user-friendly format, tracks trends over time and is constantly being enhanced with more functionality. Cons It would be helpful if changes and requests for enhancements be acted upon more quickly.
