The topic suggestion was pretty awesome and saved a long time to search those manually or via any other tools like Surfer SEO. Cons Can't add more than 3 domains to check manually. I felt the limit is pretty low as I want to add the competitors with good content but from low authority site just to create an awesome piece of content. Reason for choosing Frase Bought this lifetime deal from AppSumo. And for the price I got this software is no-brainer. Pros I know it's new but don't let that hold you back. This will find content gaps with search console, will help get all the details for a content piece. Also included is an AI chatbot. I know what you're thinking and I have not bothered with one either up untill now. This one will search your content for answers, if it cant answer you can edit it yourself. It is definitely not a self-sufficient tool, and the entire content creation process requires the participation of a copywriter or other tools. Nevertheless, frase speeds up the creation of this content (it makes no sense to reinvent the wheel). Pros Frase allows you to quickly generate content from ready-made blocks. This saves a lot of time and also helps to create content for people who don't like to do it. Cons Certainly, Polish characters are missing in the interface, especially. It's going to make my life so much easier. Their onboarding emails were really good to keep me moving forward. I'm very happy I have this! Pros I love that it makes my content creation so much easier! It's almost a no-brainer now. I used to get stuck and out off creating blog posts. So much so that I hadn't put out a blog post in a long time. Now I have several queued up. I feel confident in writing for other blog partners and more! It's really given me confidence and ability to do more. PLUS, the SEO of it will be amazing. Cons It's not incredibly intuitive, but their help videos worked well to get me through. I was lucky enough to get it on a lifetime deal through appsumo a while back, but wouldn't hesitate to pay the monthly fee to use it. The recent updates to the tool are exciting and I am keen to see what the team do next with the product. Pros I really liked how easy it was to create and update content that would rank high on Google. The interface is very intuitive, which made it a breeze to keep up with all of my blogs posts for my website. If you want an SEO/content research platform that's simple enough for your team members who aren't experts at copywriting or marketing, then Frase.io is a great option. Cons There has been a number of excellent new features added in the last few months to the normal plans, but I was disappointed with their paid SEO data add on. It is an additional $35 a month which seems expensive for what you're getting. I understand that there are additional costs attached to bring us the tool, and am hopeful that it's functionality will continue to grow as time goes by. Review Source Pranav M. September 9, 2020 5.0 Pros The "Question Ideas" feature lets me find what problems my target audience, in general, is dealing with. Earlier, I had to browse Quora, Amazon Reviews, first 5 Pages of Google, tens of subreddits and what not. With Frase, I get all of that in seconds. Now that we know what our audience is looking for - we're able to write highly targeted blogs. Love the product. Cons User on-boarding could be a little better. Instead of looking at a blank screen, wondering what topic I should write about that might be of interest, I am quickly into writing an article that people want to read. I am now thinking about offering my writing services to others. Pros This software helps you tremendously in creating articles that are of real interest. If you want, it will help you curate articles almost automatically. I say almost as you do get to pick and choose the direction of the articles. However, you can easily use it to create an outline that has every point you need that answers the burning questions of your website visitors or from the main forums. You then can put your voice to the article and post it on your blog, forums, and/or article sites that pay you for them. It costs a lot of time and money. Frase solves both those problems. Pros Frase automates a lot of the work needed to write great content that can stand on it's own. The price is a steal. Anything comparable costs multiple times over. New features are added all the time. The limits are generous and usable for multiple projects at a time. Cons Chrome only. That was a mistake! I wish I had had this tool 10 years ago...my productivity would have probably tripled. Get set up with Frase.io was easy, and within about 10 minutes of first launching it I had my first results. I turned those results into an article the same day. 10 minutes with Frase.io saved me hours and hours of research time. I love being able to devote the bulk of my time to writing instead of searching for relevant sources and data. This product is the real deal. Pros What I like most about Frase.io is that it quickly delivers the kind of in-depth sources of information I need for my research and writing. I use this software everyday, multiple times a day. I won't write an article without it. The quality of the information I receive when I query is excellent, and saves me HUGE amounts of time. Cons I honestly can't find anything negative to say about this software at this point. I am incredibly happy with how quickly it performs its tasks and with the high quality of the query results. It pulls the data from the top 15-20 organically ranking search results and puts in a very comprehensive manner. Rarely do we ever have to leave Frase to research for content these days. Plus, their keyword density optimization tool is another cool feature to help identify whether our content is shallow or not. On top of that, Frase also integrates with other tools in our tech-stack including Google Search Console and Google Docs, making our work a lot more easier. Cons The AI writer could be improved. Cons The customer support is very poor. I purchased the software via Appsumo and when I stopped using it I tried to sell it being totally unaware, they had changed their terms and conditions. The \[sensitive content hidden\] has suspended my account upon false information provided by the buyer. I am leaving this honest review to warn Appsumo users not to sell and be completely mis treated poorly. I have evidence from the wayback machine when I purchased the software to confirm my evidence. It helps to cut content research & creation of content brief into mere minutes instead of hours. Not tech savvy? Not to worry because everything is pretty straightforward in the platform. Put in a seed keyword, choose the question(s) to answer and have Frase crawl the web and find you the news, links, stats, etc pertaining to the question(s)/topic you chose earlier. To create your content outline/brief, simply click on the snippet you want and it will automatically be added to your document. Want less work? Well, why not put Frase IA into action. With just a click of a button, Frase IA will scan through all the resources and add them to your document. If you got something to write or shoot, Frase is a must. Cons There is one thing that I hated about Frase. It still doesn't support WordPress. I'm looking forward to trying out the Answers Assitant too, but it takes a little more time to set up and we just haven't got round to it yet. Highly recommended (in fast, I have actually already recommended it to a few contacts). Pros I bought Frase through an AppSumo deal and honestly thought I would try it and return it, but I am really impressed by what Frase does. We haven't tried all the features yet, but I've been using it for about a month to help with copywriting and it really does save hours. Basically, you type in your topic and it pulls up a whole heap of top-performing content with suggestions for your article. You can also copy & paste your own text and it will give suggested improvements, although we don't use this feature as much. It's super easy to use and the two writers on my time were also really impressed. Cons I really don't have anything bad to say, it does what they said it will do and much more. It works super well for creating blog content for clients, however I wouldn't use it if you're looking to do more in-depth content creation. Adding keywords is simple since it provides me with a list of them for every topic. The AI writer is one of best in the market. I use it to expand on past articles and generate ideas for new articles with great results. Cons You need to buy the SEO add-on to get the most of out Frase. The AI writer is limited without it. Most tools are useful for research and then you have to somehow take that information and cut and paste into a content briefing and then share, but Frase as it all built into one interface and it’s very easy to use. Pros My team and I really like their content optimization feature. You just enter your targetted keyword and URL of your existing content and boom! Frase compares your content with the top-ranking sites from the search results and provides you very easy to follow suggestions to optimize your content. I also like their questions features, it's quite handy to come up with new content ideas, you enter your keyword and Frase shows your relevant questions from Q&A sites like Quora. Cons I feel like it's not quite there yet as compared to the other competitors such as SurferSEO and missing some essential features.
