Ever since when I discovered Frase and became a subscriber, I wanted it to be a secret for other marketers. Why? Because Frase gives me a competitive edge and makes the creations of the Niche Topic Research Sheets, I offer to the members in IMBuyersClub.com and on get.topicsheets.com a breeze. Frase saves me hours of tedious research work (or hundreds of dollars in outsourcing costs) every month.

Pros

The question-finder is especially helpful since it can be directly transformed into siloses for a niche-site.

Cons

That they made it so widely available, and at such a low cost. (yes, selfish, I know, but I wanted to keep the competitive edge)

Frase has given me two gifts - one is an easy way to improve existing content to better compete in the field, and the other is a way to create really nice briefs for writers extremely quickly. Love it.

Pros

Despite the fact that everyone is trying to make AI work for writers, honestly, most of the time it doesn't. Frase takes a powerful combination of SEO analysis and automated research to provide powerful writing briefs, which saves a huge amount of time in the research and writing process. Really enjoy it.

Cons

Sometimes the results pulled in aren't perfect.. but again, that is the risk of AI, and why you have humans review things. And, that is probably opinion based as well - perhaps some of the results I think are irrelevant are what someone else is looking for. In all, I don't have much bad to say.

Reason for choosing Frase

I actually am not sure what else there is in this specific competitive field.

### "Feature rich, but not easy to use"

I think it would be really nice to have a simple breakdown on how to work Frase that helps its ease-of-use, especially on the home page. Having someone come in from a user experience angle could really help the ease-of-use of Frase and probably help their great idea skyrocket to a user-friendly software that is accessible to the masses.

Pros

There's a lot I liked when I saw the promo video for Frase: the AI chat bot, the research-rich feature that helps fine-tune your SEO, and training the chat-bot with info from your site. I really like that you can customize the icon of the chatbot along with the chatbot name which I was easily able to do.

Cons

Although these are all great features, I have not been able to use too many features with Frase because it's not easy to use. I tried passing this off to one of our tech volunteers that knows Python, APIs, and all of those other really involved tech terms that I could be forgetting at the moment. His response? "How do I use this? There are no directions on the home page and the interface is not intuitive." At least his response made me feel a little better about calling this a confusing program.

Didn't expect such an awesome Content Optimizer tool with lifetime affordable deal. All I can say that i put my little investment is in the right place.

Pros

Using various content analyser tools i've found that Frase is really helpful for all types of content optimization. That's why I didn't miss the lifetime deal of this tool. Frase is extremely good at collecting all the competitors data, give an easy guide to bring changes so that new content can outrank the competitor according to any niche. I loved the AI based Q/A suggestion feature which helps to know more about targeted audience. With feature improvements it will be an insane tool near the future.

Cons

Faced issues while activating the license as i bought multi license. Frase isn't yet available for android which is a drawback. They should add live chat support so that they can solve any issues within an instance.

I love it. I can't imagine doing my writing work without it these days!

Pros

I never have to stare at a blank screen anymore. The minute I enter a title Frase, gives me all I need to get started with that topic. Even if I don't have topics, Frase makes it a breeze to find new topics in minutes. I love the ability to add stats and quotes in my article with just a click. This cuts short my writing time, and improves the quality of my writing.

Cons

Sometimes the auto-save feature is flaky. I've lost an article one time due to auto-save not working. But most times it is very reliable.

Pros

Its main feature i.e creating info packed briefs in under 2 min. It saves us a lot of time creating content briefs for the writers which took hours earlier. In under 2 min i have all the topics necessary for my keyword topic, questions people are asking or writing, links people are linking out to and sources ranking on top 20 serps.

Cons

I dont find it any. So far loving every bit of it.

Answer Engine Feature : It Absorbs one's site knowledge base and present answers for the common queries for the visitors 3. Integration with Google Search Console also shows areas of improvement in one's website

Cons

This is a good Content Research Tool but it falls short on premise of content Optimization Part. The app expects you to create document in the interface itself but there are not many suggestions on how to write an article that may rank well in search engine.

It is a vital part of my new SEO workflow. It saves HOURS if not DAYS of research, and helps me to also optimize my existing content to try and help it have a better chance of ranking higher.

Pros

The Topics feature for Frase is amazing. Frase pulls the top results for any search query and tell you how you score on the number of topics the top-ranking pages cover. This is vital to making sure you are providing a well-rounded article for your readers and that you aren't leaving anything out. You also get to see how many words the other articles contain so you have a quick reference to see how long your articles need to be in order to make it bigger and better.

Cons

You currently aren't able to click a button to paste questions answered in other articles. Also would be nice to have more features to create an article outline, but these things may be coming in the future.

I bought the software mainly to improve content on my 15-year-old blog. With some 1000+ articles on it, it has potential, but much of the content is dated and/or written during a time when SEO and blogs was more rudimentary and more wild-West. Rather than guess at how to change my content, I decided to buy Frase to see what ir recommended to do. Though I've only really used the content brief and article cleanup features (and I'm impressed with these!), I can see myself using the rest of the software's features as time goes on.

Pros

The part I like best is the content brief generation and the "grading" of my articles compared with other similar articles. I've already pulled in a few of my better-ranked articles to add more content with some more of the popular keywords, and it's very easy. It's likely that I could do the same tasks without the software, but having everything in one place and having it available \*fast\* is well worth the money.

Cons

Some of the content recommendations when I import my articles are a bit off. I don't know at the moment whether this is because I just missed the point (quite possible) or whether there just isn't a whole lot out there on what I've written about. However, Frase is AI/ML, not God, so I suspect it will get better with time. Room for improvement isn't necessarily a bad thing!

This is a great piece of software which can help to optimize our Web pages and help to create content briefs on the fly where we used to spend days research data. Highly recommend to everyone. Support is great too and actively adding new features to the saas on weekly basis.

Cons

They can lot more features to take the software to next level. Team is already working on this. WP direct publish feature is missing too.

Pros

Currently I am building a new site and this tool is proving to be very useful for writing new SEO matched content with it. The most difficult task for me in building a website is content creation, and Frase helps with that. It identifies the questions that my relevant audience is looking for and also answers those questions and puts them in a draft outline. I didn't know such a tool existed, but I was lucky to have found it on AppSumo.

Cons

Integration with my website chat is currently missing. If Continually, another recent top AppSumo deal, could get answers from the Frase AI Answer Engine, that would be a game changer.

It's easy to use, easy to pick up and easy to master, so my overall experience in the month or so I've used it has been incredibly useful.

Pros

The time you spend researching a topic can be extensive when looking for a decent example, Frase gives you a quick overview of any topic from multiple reliable sources allowing you to easily research and write a topic based on just the title. I can use it for myself, use it to put together more comprehensive content briefs and even use it to beat out my competitors. Coupled with a spelling assistant, it becomes one of the most powerful writing and blogging tools I've come across in the decade I've been working in this field.

Cons

Sometimes the facts are from outdated articles, but I send a request to have this looked at by the \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] and got an immediate response, so I'm sure this is already on the way to being sorted.

Exceptional in its time savings, content improvement, and our providing improved client services.

Pros

I'm likely less technical than most users, but I was intuitively able to use Frase immediately after setup. Content anaylsis on our website was the very first function I tried, and it was effective, resulting in my updating our site copy & SEO. I've also used the suggestion snippets to generate multiple blog posts in less time than it had been taking previously for one. We are now able to take our content creation for larger clients in-house and increase the margin on our fees. In one billing cycle, frase has paid for itself multiple times. It's a remarkable product and we could not be more pleased to have discovered and implemented it.

Cons

Not so far, and we've not yet had to contact support.

The AI used in Frase to create documents is spectacular. By asking the tool a question you are provided with instant quality research that would take hours of manual effort otherwise. It provides a great starting point to create web content / blog posts.

Struggling to get the answer assistants to work properly. I think it’s a new feature and so some teething issues are to be expected.

Pros

Content writing is really important to me for my business. I was having difficulty developing the content marketing aspect of my business. Frase has given me to opportunity to quickly identify content writing strategies and save me a lot of valuable time.

Cons

You do have to invest time in understanding how it operates. It is not a utility that will do the work for you. You do need to understand that you will need to input to get the optimal result. And that does require some experimentation which really is part of your personal learning journey with the product. What I am trying to say is that you need to invest in learning its complexity so you get the best results.

Amazing. Customer support is great, they seem to be listening to customer feedback and implementing updates quickly.

Pros

I found this software at the perfect time in my business. I've always put off writing blog content because I found traditional ways of keyword research overwhelming. And then when you consider putting a lot of work into an article but know that the chances of the right audience finding it are slim without a solid keyword plan, then the whole process gets discouraging really quickly. With Frase, I can quickly find a new topic, pick which stats I want to work into the article and then easily swap out my "regular" words for better ranking keywords.

Cons

I'd love to see a Wordpress integration but honestly, I'm happy to see that they're focusing on improving the product first before working on a bunch of third party integrations.

Support was incredibly responsive. I had some issues after onboarding and they responded within minutes late at night and were able to get me up and running right away.

Pros

Frase allows you to take a content idea from abstract inkling to actionable content brief quickly and easily. The ability to see what questions customers are asking and use that to create a content brief with highly weighted sources to link in a matter of minutes allows you to create a file of actionable pieces to come back to when you're ready to sit down and put pen to paper (or assign it to your team).

Cons

As with all software there's a a little bit of a learning curve as to what the different features do. Specifically, this is intended to create content briefs, not actual content. Be prepared to not write your actual content in the program.

Sometimes Frase does write copy that isn't correct...so you just try again and usually you will get frase to write what you are looking for.

Pros

Bought a code during the AppSumo launch and regret not stacking them! Made my life so much easier in researching and writing content briefs! Frase is super easy to use and there are sufficient tutorials out there to get you through. Apart from the 10-minute content briefs, another thing I love about Frase is that they recommend me words that are in my competitors' pages and not mine, and score it against theirs. This is somewhat like TF\*IDF and allows me to make sure that all topics are sufficiently covered + optimised. Support in the Facebook group is great too and I love seeing that they are constantly developing new features. 10/10 recommended!

Cons

Nothing much! Maybe more features once you guys have the capacity please! Something similar to SurferSEO maybe? 😛

I use external writers to create some of the content we produce. To ensure they cover their assigned topics in the manner appropriate to the bigger projects I commonly supply the writers with an article summary and research links. I invested in Frase to shorten the process for me and supply the writers with more comprehensive outlines from which to work.

Pros

I like that Frase includes links to reference documents as it is building the content briefs. This way my writers can see how the referenced article matches the content they are producing and click through to get more details if the article is relevant. I also like the questions feature, as it suggests popular topic ideas.

Cons

Since I work in a narrow B2B topic niche, it would be nice if I could furnish Frase with some blogs and websites that covered my area so the program would include that content to build the content briefs.

Reason for choosing Frase

Google Search takes a lot of time to select an article from the search results, read through the material, and then decide if the information in the article is useful for my purpose. Frase shortens this process, not every time, but often enough that it makes a difference.
