Pros Frase saves time researching for your blog posts. It provides questions being asked on a topic and the source of those questions (Quora, Google searches, Hubspot, Wikipedia, etc). It also provides statistics and quotes to include in your posts and ranks your post for search engine optimization. Cons It has limited styling features for your blogs so you'll need to copy and paste into your blog then adjust fonts, colors, styling, etc. They are working on this and it's on the roadmap, but not there yet. Frase has helped me streamline this process, allowing me more time to work on other SEO related things. Pros Reduces the amount of time spent on researching the top-ranking pages for your target keyword. You can quickly create content briefs for your writers which helps speed up the content creation process. Pros If used right, this tool has the power to revolutionuize your SEO efforts. For our companies we prefer a "value first" SEO attempt. That means, that we want to deliver value with our SEO texts as our first goal. Frase helps us to stay on the SEO things of that. Relevant sources, questions people ask and topics are researched withuin minutes (before it was hours) Cons Does not support German lang. Support says they might add this but cant promise. Pros I bought the software thinking it would be an occasional aid in developing "provocative" prospecting emails and video sales letters. It is now my "go-to" resource as it helps me investigate and produce my prospecting assets. It is highly valuable and the ease of use has accelerated my process of thought through to create through to send. Cons I haven't hit any hurdles and I have started using the output to collaborate with business partners. I will look to integarte with other tools I own but no issues at this point. Cons Nothing that I have encounter. Only as a wish list if Frase can also be offered in Spanish some day. I am able to pull some Spanish results but I believe is not optimized for it just yet. Pros The biggest pro for me is being able to see what topics the competition in the top 20 placements on Google are covering. This allows me to ensure I cover the topic deeply and completely. Cons Having a limit on how many documents can be created without upgrading can seem like a con. It doesn’t require a lot of data for Frase to complete each document and that of course costs money. 30 documents has been enough for me so far so it’s not a deal breaker by any means. And the documents I create are a roadmap for the content writer to use or riff on if need be. They have loved them so far. There's a bit of a learning curve as you start to figure out exactly what the tool does, but they did a great webinar walkthrough and have an active Facebook community that helps. Cons I find the dashboard confusing. I like idiot-proof software that is very intuitive and easy to find your way around. I didn't find this easy to understand or use. There are just a few options on the navigation to choose from, but what each does or how to perform the initial set up is not clear. A step-by-step tutorial that opens when you first register for the platform would make the experience better. Reason for choosing Frase The problems that the software can solve for me is why I chose it. Researching topics and expert sources is time-consuming. This platform promised to cut that time in half. Also, give keywords suggestions based on real statistical data from the SERPS. Cons I would like they include Tawk.to as a supported live chat (since is the most used one, they might already be working on the integration.) The AI functionality means that I only occasionally have to correct the subtitles. Cons The main concern I have is that I can't position the subtitles manually. It seems you can only choose to put them at the bottom or the top of the screen, but that often results in them being blocked by elements on the video player's UI.
